All that talk about WoW... never could get into that game.. design reminds me to much of something I would see on Cartoon Network. Not Saturday night Toonami either... if they still have that. That was cool.

I'm running the game on wireless and lag almost never... and yeah about 40-50fps. There are a lot of bugs though. To be expected but still... lot of bugs...

Also an old EQ vet here. Was my first MMO and though I had some really hard times during those 7 years but overcoming them was part of the fun. It was honestly the funnest MMO I have ever played and always will be. Someday it would be nice to have that again but I doubt it will happen. My life doesn't really allow for the time thats needed to excel at that anymore.

Actually what everyone said is true. Playing a guardian or sentinel is extremely challenging due to no set rotation, a huge amount of skills (I have all 4 quick bars filled and use close to everyone of them) and they're all on the most random CD's. That's not to say they're not fun, I enjoy the heck out of my 50 Guardian and played my friends Marauder once (Imp Sentinel) and found it as confusing as the guardian. Takes a very keen mind and quick reflexes to play but is every bit as viable in their role as any of the other classes when played right. If you don't want a very big challenge though I wouldn't go for either. Trooper is indeed the easy mode compared to Jedi Knight (which I have also played). Just realized I need to start going out more...

Dude... lol. I played eq for 7 years and I can honestly say most of these people would rage quit within the first day. Game was hardcore.

I will have to admit... this does bug the hell out of me.

So if you marry her does that mean you can't choose [Flirt] options anymore? Or can you still just be a STD magnet? Cause those are funny and I don't want to lose out on some of those.

Yeah I'm pretty much in the same situation. I want to thank everyone for their input. I haven't thought about binding keys to my mouse so I'm gonna try working that in there. I have issues hitting 7-= without having to look down at the keyboard so I've put most my abilities on shift/ctrl/alt 1-6 and the rest are abilties I think I can click on since they aren't a "OMG USE NOW" necessity. Again, thanks everyone! ^.^

It just seems like there are to many abilities to keep track of at all times. Am I simply not quick of mind enough (and/or fast enough with the mouse) to pull this game off or are other people having this problem? Seriously I have all my bars visible on the screen and they're almost all full. I feel like half the time I'm only utilizing maybe 60% of my characters potential because there's just SO MANY SKILLS and I forget or can't mouse over a skill fast enough before its to late. BTW if it makes a difference I play a Guardian def specced.

After level 30 I've noticed my Guardian is becoming B.A. Fully specced in defense, the skill points I put in now seem to lean toward stunning enemies. I can keep an elite of similar level stunned almsot the whole battle at level 32. It's ridiculous, I love it after having 30 levels of watching everyone else seem to be better at just about everything.

I laughed at this the entire time. Good job, would read again.

My problem is with the stuns more than the knockbacks though those can be pretty annoying too. I do love it when I force push a sith off the ledge of.. well, anywhere though. They should learn to fu-KNOCKBACK.

This has to be a troll topic... seriously, just make a new character. Problem solved. If you run into a problem with how your class works its gonna be done between levels 1-10.

Someone mention they would never roll the servers back because it would be "unfair"? I think a lot of people are complaining because most of us are still locked out while others can play.. sounds right and fair to me. O.o Not that I care that much, didn't have much time to play today anyways even if I was chosen. Just sayin...

I think most people are raging over the fact that what you said "you will get in when you get in just like the rest of us" is that.. well, no, not like the rest of people. Other people can get in right now and they're seeing is as favortism and just plain unfair. Which I can't really argue with, I'm kind of bummed about it myself. But its probably a good thing I didn't get in today. Would have put off doing things that needed to be done like the laundry, cleaning up the yard, taking the girl out to dinner, ect. There's always "something" else to occupy ones time.

Hey I have every reason to be upset about it to but I'm not... really... not at BioWare anyways. I just got a new PC (the one I beta tested with was a puny laptop) and I have the next two days off work. Next day off isn't until next Saturday. I can understand everyone's anticipation. Some people don't take it to well, but thus is life. Rarely is it fair.
