  1. @JackieKo Some of the fees are just outrigth ridiculous. We do giveaways in the guild of a bunch of random stuff we have in our guild banks, and now the system wants us to pay 28 MILLION CREDITS for a crappy silver Yellow Gold Indestructible Color Crystal! 28 MILLION! Like WTF! And the big joke is the crystal is for sale on gtn for just 3 to 3.5 million! That is rediculous! 28 million, damn... My guild isn't big, and we survive on generous donations from guild members only in regards to guild credits in the guild bank. With insane fees like this it's going to bankrupt my guild in no time, essentially making it not worth it to do giveaways of any kind for our guildmembers.
  2. I was finally able to log like 30-40+ minutes later, the Darth Malgus server was marked as online again on the in-game server list.
  3. The website server status page lists Darth Malgus as offline for me now as well.
  4. @JackieKo I got the same message ("You have been logged out due to inactivity") immediately upon startup of game, and even after restarting the game. And now the entire Darth Malgus server says it's offline for me (the other 4 servers are still online for me and I can access those).
  5. Really disapointing. I don't see how adding an (optional) 7th weekly objective for GSF is a bad thing, or how you came to this conlusion after barely 2 days of feedback and not even a test run during pvp season 3 to see what the actual player angagement with this weekly would be. Also how is the "current state" of GSF not ready for an (optional) 7th weekly? It's good enough apparently for Galactic Seasons. Medals? 8 out of 9 warzones are yet to have their medals updated to be more balanced after the 7.2 update, and won't get this update apparently until pvp season 3. Skill Gap? like this isn't also an issue in normal pvp (especially when you queue solo and end up matched against premades with a group clearly not on the same level). GSF is PVP too, start giving it some love too. Like the others in this thread, I too am really disapointed by this decision.
  6. I echo the statements of previous posters that for any medal objective ALL medals should count, and not just Capture, Defense and Damage medals like the Galactic Seasons objective. Because otherwise it'll just have people camp defender points in Domination. If it's a medals per match for a set amount of matches weekly, i'd suggest 7-8 medals. If it's a medals total weekly I feel about 30-40 would be fair and for most players amount to somewhere between 3-6 matches. (Based on my own personal experience playing GSF as someone who doesn't consider himself as "good" at GSF, but decent enough to hold my own in matches.)
  7. Like @VisonaStar I too asked for GSF to be added, as did plenty of others who enjoy GSF and felt it wasn't treated as a PVP mode by BW with its complete exclusion from the PVP seasons so far. I'm happy to hear they will count for PVP seasons in the future too.

What do you dislike about how the GTN currently functions? -> The 1 billion credit cap is too low. -> When going through many pages of a search result it takes ages to go through them, and the page number often disappears. -> It's hard to see at first glance what I have already unlocked in collections, I have to manually hover over items to see this. Is there anything you wish you could do on the GTN that you cannot do currently? -> Place buy orders for a specific item at a specific price (or lower), so I don't have to manually search and keep eye on items im interested in on GTN every day. -> List items for longer then 3 days. -> Instead of flipping through pages of search results let me just scroll down seeing all results on one page. Are there any specific filters, searches, or ways of finding items you particularly like or that you wish existed? -> A Vehicle and Creature filter for mounts. And similarly for Pets add Ship Model, Creatures and Droids filters. -> A "Show Cartel Market Items Only" filter for like Armors/Crystals/Weapons, and a filter to show only Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum items. -> A filter to only show gear/augments of specific item ratings.
  9. I did 5 matches today on PTS on Alderaan: First Match: Win - 8 Medals (Screenshot) I was mostly fighting at middle turret this match. Second Match: Win - 12 Medals (Screenshot) I was fighting mostly at middle turret again, also captured turret. Third Match: Loss - 9 Medals (Screenshot) Some turrets switched hands a lot but ultimately we were unable to keep them. Fourth Match: Loss - 6 Medals (Screenshot) A really bad loss with enemy team taking all 3 turrets and us unable to capture and hold a turret for very long. Fifth Martch: Win - 12 Medals (Screenshot) I spend this whole matching guarding west turret, occasionally killing some enemies who tried to steal turret. Outside of that one match where we got steamrolled, the other matches did feel relatively evenly matched. It does feel like an improvement over how it currently is in 7.2 for this turret map at the very least. But i am curious to see what changes can be done with other warzone types, especially huttball.

This actually shouldn't be an issue for future players as the Galactic Seasons reputation tracks seem to be hidden until you get your first Reputation item adding reputation points to the track (which you cannot get without having PH4-LNX). So for any future people who are new to SWTOR the old Galactic Seasons tracks should be hidden. I highly suspect the same thing regarding the various packs seasons rewards. This is all anecdotal off course, but especially the Decorations packs appear to very obvious regarding this. Several of my guildmates got same decos from those (or different people getting same deco drops others got from them last season), not to mention you can actually clearly spot on the GTN an overflow of specific decos that seem to commonly drop from the Galactic Seasons Deco packs. The Cartel Packs from seasons did seem to drop some actual good stuff for a few people in my guild however. EDIT: As an example, I myself got the Rakghoul Research Table from a silver deco pack both this season and last season. And I know others who got that exact same deco from a silver deco pack this season as well.
  11. I enjoy Galactic Seasons, it gives me a clear goal to complete every week. Also it's enjoyable to unlock rewards as you play and I also think with the subscriber track it adds some much needed value to the game's subscription (when a season is running that is). So far the companions have been pretty ok. I liked that PH4-LNX had some actual quests instead of just some conversations like with Fen Zeil, I also liked that if you had Fen he'd chime in during her recruitment quest. That said, I do wish the companions were fully cuztomizable like Altuur was instead of just a few pre-set customizations. Also I do wonder how long having a companion as the "main" reward of a Galactic Seasons is doable before it gets stale, not to mention many people (myself included) already have a LOT of companions unlocked we never use, that said it is nice to get some easy level 50 influence companions for crafting. A Galactic Seasons theme/rewards are no doubt gonna be very dependant on someone's personal taste, ultimately I think it got to balance having something for everyone. I personally quite liked the armor sets this season (very usable for custom outfits), the Rodir mounts were cute too (though nothing really special as they do feel very similar to some mounts we already had). I really like the stronghold labels we got in GS2 and now GS3, the decorations this season were not really my style, but that depends on personal taste, I do enjoy however that the decorations each season are interactive. The bronze weapons/armor/mount crates are pretty useless to me, most of the bronze stuff from those are super cheap to get anyways from the gtn (and in my case I pretty much own all of those already due to them being so cheap). I did get lucky with a couple ok/nice things from the cartel packs, however the RNG from those (and the weapon/armor/mount/deco boxes) might leave some people completely unsatisfied. That said, the lower cartel coins rewarded from season did make it feel less rewarding than GS1 & GS2. And while I understand the reasoning behind it (even though with GS1 it was said to be a replacement for CC gained from referrals in the GS1 announcement) the fact you then also expect me to pay full premium unlock prices for the GS rewards I grinded for (plus paid subscription for) to unlock is garbage. The GS rewards should be 10cc to unlock in collections like all previous subscriber rewards/bonus things. Just feels like an overall loss of value compared to GS1 & GS2. On top of that having 2 of the seasons exclusive mounts exclusive to the vendors instead of the actual reward track feels weird too (at least it wasn't as bad as all the GS2 customizations and mount which totalled 16 seasons tokens!). I think the objectives are fine. I didn't really see the connection thematically for most with the overall season however. But it feels like a good balance of stuff you can solo versus group/pvp ones. I completed the season a while ago, just have next week left to complete the 100 weeklies achievement. A bunch of objectives usually complete from normal play. I usually look at whats in the objectives on Tuesday and decide which ones i'll go for. For some group objectives we usually do an event with our guild as well, which is always nice/fun. Please make any dyes from GS stack! 10 of the same dye taking up 10 slots in cargo/storage/inventory is really annoying. Maybe add Galactic Seasons dye to Collections so people can "unlock" it there then just claim copies of dye as needed? Or maybe make the dyes unlockable as schematics for Artifice? Make it so companion gifts of "old" galactic seasons companions are buyable even for those who didn't fully complete a previous season, I know a few people that are now stuck with a Fen Zeil where they cannot buy his companion gifts/compendiums from the vendor. I echo adding some kind of reward for leveling the reputation track besides just some legacy titles. Maybe adding an repeatable level 101 (which requires maybe way more points then a normal level) with a minor reward or a seasons token would be nice for those of us who finish a season early and are then just completing seasons achievements/waiting for the next season? Probably won't ever happen, but I think it would be cool if a Galactic Season could actually tie in with some new content that would launch with the season and then stay afterwards (like a flashpoint not tied to main story, a new uprising, or a new warzone). How cool would it have been if we had been able to visit Kubindi in a flashpoint, or an uprising to fight against some bugs. Or have an underworld deathmatch themed warzone launch with GS2. Or a Pazaak mini-game (one can dream about Pazaak being added to swtor someday right? XD) with GS3.
  12. Wasn't calling you out, simply stating I only personally (so far after 7.2 launch) saw that many medals from voidstar due to the time bonus medals for capturing the datapoint very fast. I agree voidstar seems overall the easiest to me as well to get 8 medals, helps when on the defense you can stay near doors as well to get defender points while you fight off the enemy team. As I stated earlier in this thread I had a couple matches where I spend all match keeping enemy team from ever capturing their hypergate, and even with our team winning got barely any medals to show for it, despite putting in the work keeping them from their hypergate. Which ultimately just ends up feeling really unrewarding as I was sweating my ass off keeping them from their hypergate XD. Similarly I had a few Novare Coast matches where I ended up being the one to capture East or West turret and spend all match just standing there guarding with only an occasional enemy and still got 8 medals. It certainly seems the medals are biased in favor of defense for some of the warzones.
  13. 19 medals sounds like he got lucky with a really good team and a bad enemy team in voidstar and his team managed to get to the datacore really fast giving everyone in team a bunch of medals for getting to the core within a certain time limit. I managed to get 17-18 medals from that a couple times too when I was able to stealth to every bomb and bridge button right away after start of round because enemy team was not paying attention at all. I personally have not seen anyone get that many medals in any other warzone I have done since 7.2.
  14. There needs to be a way to earn medals when keeping enemy team from their objective too imo. Had several Hypergate matches where I spent majority of match keeping enemy from capturing their hypergate, and even with my team winning the match I get like 4 or so medals only.
  15. If there is going to be a long downtime between seasons again they should just have a season run until the next one is ready. I don't see the point of having a galactic season end only to have a few months of nothing until the next season.
  16. I would love to add that I really like Ruhnuk. While (like most of the more recent planets) its not that big, it looks quite nice and i've been having fun exploring it. Visually I like the design with the dust plains on top and the water/plant areas in the ccanyons, and areas like the excavation site or the water treatment plant interior looked really nice. I also love how all the areas are connected by various tunnels. The story was pretty cool, and I love that it has a story that continues after the main story is done (like manaan did), so far some interesting side quests with the relic quests too. And some decent rewards too, got some nice decorations as random drops from enemies, and that Mando armor set on the reputation vendor is probably one of the nicest reputation armors in the game.

  18. @JackieKo just posted this: So basically that means we got to restart over? Also my completed weeklies for PvP Seasons did NOT reset. So I will now miss out on the weeklies I had already completed yesterday. Not happy with this, so basically all my time with PvP yesterday was wasted.
  19. My progress was reset when I logged on earlier today after grinding it hard yesterday, the "fix" just now did not actually fix it. My progress and points are still reset to 0, but the weeklies I had completed yesterday are still marked as completed.
  20. What other buttons would you want available? Maybe the UI customization button to swap between the different UI's I have saved? It felt like pretty much everything I would want there was already offered as options. What additional functionality would you want for custom bars in the future? Maybe the ability to make them stacked smaller rows instead of a very long row of buttons (like what you can do with quickbars with number of slots per row). How many button slots are you typically using? About 6-7 in the social bar, all 11 to have all the buttons and map control buttons in the 2nd map bar. What buttons would you want on by default? Essentially same ones game has now in social bar and by minimap.
  21. Do you think you'll PvP more or less than you did before the update? More, theres nothing motivating me to bother with warzones currently. Do the rewards on the reward track make you want to PvP specifically to earn them? Yes they do, cosmetics can be hit or miss depending on personal tastes, but tokens for a vendor are nice too. Do you think you'll queue for 8v8 Warzones or 4v4 Arenas equally? Probably more 8v8 Warzones, not a fan of 4v4 Arenas. Do you feel the new Warzone medals will encourage objective play? I hope so, time will tell however. Is it clear how to earn PvP points and progress the Season reward track? Seems similar enough to Galactic Seasons with completing 4 out of 6 available weeklies. What is your overall impression of the changes to the PvP season system? Competitive based reward system is what led to a lot of toxicity and elitism, rewarding players base don time spent on pvp makes pvp more rewarding for everyone. What do you like the most about the changes to the PvP season system? Being rewarded for my time spent doing pvp. What is one change or adjustment you would like to make on the new PvP Season system, what would it be, and why? Make it very clear how long people have to complete a season (and its associated achievements). Talking about achievements, what will happen to the Trophy Art decorations? I noticed theres new ones for the Arenas on fleet now too on pts, so will they be added to new achievement sor a different source?
  22. If that Hasbro Black Series Darth Malak figure that was recently revealed is anything to go by we might be looking at some pretty crappy re-designs for some of the KotOR characters... I really dislike the new design used in that figure, it completely changes Malak's original lean/muscular design with his skin tight armor to this very bulky silhouette with the loose clothing. The Bastila black series figure however looks pretty much identical too old Bastila, however me and some friends all commented that her face looked slightly like Satele from SWTOR.

  24. I bought the Cyberglow Mewvorr pet from vendor on 2 characters of mine, and consumed pet to add it to pets in abilities on both, but neither unlocked that in collections. I guess ill try to get it on every alt then and hope it works on at least one of my characters then.
