  1. I see people like you at my job all the time. People who tell you why it can't be done. But you offer no solution, just keep the ridiculously inflated economy. You know this isn't real right? oh you'd quit? go ahead! you're one dude. If you know as I know most people got this money illegitimately credit washing on the GTN then you should be OK with drastic measures to fix this game. You're like the meme where a dog is sitting in a house that's on fire and hes just thinking "This is fine". I'd still play, I don't play SWTOR to play the Auction House, I play to immerse myself in a SW universe for a couple hours and go back to reality.
  2. The game economy is so broken, the only way to fix it is by resetting. You can't take the rare gear away. you can't take credits from some and not others. SWTORISTA has already done a huge video on YT about this subject. I firmly believe, just like in real life, hustlers will hustle and get back on top and those that are not are gonna stay broke. Edit: Oh and aint nobody leaving this game there are die hards here, games been out 10+ years.
  3. Like the title of the post, it's high time we get a Hutt Palace Stronghold. You already have the assets in-game and can use Nemro's Palace as a base model. This way we can do the whole "The Book of Boba Fett" crime lord thing. Lots of RP potential.
  4. Another dumb, out-of-touch, Bioware exec made this decision. This does nothing for the screwed up economy and just angers the player base. Especially since we paid in our legacy already to unlock the convenience of moving around quick and free. This is why they circumvented space ports on planets because players were tired of the inconvenience!
  5. I agree with most of you, We already paid in our legacy to unlock quick travel as a convenience this makes no sense and is dumb on EA/Biowares part. I hope they see the community reaction to this and reverse it. If you wanted to fix the broken economy then reset everyone's credits to 0 and shut down GTN for 24 hours, sucks but fair.

  9. I agree the old way was extremely better and more convenient. I would love to summon from the crew skills window again.
  10. It's high time we had custom companions in this game. There is no reason we should have to settle on pre-made companions. Bioware / EA could make a lot of money on this by charging $9.99 per companion creation token. It would be simple and not require any significant new assets or programming time from the company, even if it does the investment is small and the gains large. With all the species and customization's in the game available, this should now become the next step in development for the community. You've given us Guild Ships and Player Housing for creation and customization, this is the next logical step. 1. Bioware (BW) could use the character creation screen for a players companion creation. 2. When selecting the companions class it would automatically select skill and abilities from similar companions, I.E. Lana Beniko if you made a Sith Juggernaut Companion or Vette for Scoundrel Companion. 3. BW could allow X amount of characters in a description window for players to give their companion a back story and actually utilize the family tree BW invented in the legacy window many years ago. We need this in the game, It would help role players OR those who just want a custom look for their companions instead of looking through presets OR a companion of their very own creation.
  11. I agree it's gotten progressively worse over the years. Skirts bugging out and flickering, clipping of armor and weapons and hair. it's like there's no QC in the team.

  13. EXACTLY RIGHT MY FRIEND! Games are supposed to be fun! Id take the carrot on the stick, two raids every 2 years and two gear sets pacing of yester year over this RNG crap....
  14. I have rebooted, re-installed game checked firewall deleted bitraider files and NOTHING is working.
  15. 5 bosses, 8 man team, 3 people aren't getting anything for running an operation. Something needs to be done about this at least for Story Mode. Everyone should, upon completion, receive a "Token of X" to turn in for gear if they completed an operation with the group. I for one am tired of running operations, PvE content, and not getting anything for it WOW and other MMO's have been able to implement this sort of thing to keep players happy and rewarded You need to catch up SWTOR/Bioware Team. At the very least you'll be able to get one item, therefore making the operation and teaming up worth doing. Otherwise players are being left out in the cold for spending their time and money.

  17. People Don't want to join runs with classic loot rules, people want to roll for alts etc. I have not been successful getting them together.
  18. As the Title say's I am on mostly at night due to work/family and would love to find a guild that starts late night I play from the West Coast and Am on The Harbinger Server I can bring ANY class to the table as long as I'm NOT healing. Healing is not my strong suit Tank and DPS are just fine for me! Let me know!
  19. You just proved my point having NO legacy gear wouldn't hinder you from gearing your toons and reduces what you roll on, allowing other players to get gear they need. Good Job <clap>! so why keep it? convenience that's the only argument I am hearing. We did it before Legacy gear we can do it after Legacy gear and it is much fairer to the player population.
  20. Been trying it your way for 6 months obviously there is an issue or I wouldn't make a thread. For the first month doing the ops fine blame it on bad random rolls, after 6 months that's when it no longer becomes fun and why I would leave this game. I play this game to relax and have a good time and win some gear etc. not put up with everyone rolling for their 22 alts on server. like it has already been suggested mabe Legacy doesn't need to be taken away maybe just have it to where if you ARE rolling for an alt NEED won't be an option for you to click and so forth.
  21. Your MH free roll is the problem. 8 people rolling on an item 6/8 already have but 2 need. Needing meaning do not have it at all.
  22. OMG THIS EXACTLY! it's the same thing WOW did with like gems and schematics make then GREED ONLY if you already knew the schematic!
  23. You are right that one piece per is fair and I agree, but MainHand rolls are my issue a lot of Guilds and PUGS leave that out of the "1 Item set piece per rule" and have it on "MH is free roll" meaning most of the time your rolling against 7 other people. I mean after all who doesn't want a MH for all their toons I don't blame them. But you see my dilema with over time rolling weekly against 7 people not getting the 1 last thing I need and It being placed on the last boss fight.
  24. That is true I think I am going to have to do that and try running OPS with classic style loot rules you roll for your current toon and one item per person, but I think it's going to be hard to find people willing to go with those rules with whats on fleet nowadays.
