  1. I am back from my vacation and I had a blast tank you. Good job everyone with the recent clears and thanks for the posts. Special thanks goes to the people that got timed run and posted a video of actually doing the 1:30 cause as we all know there are some shenanigens going on. I will still try to maintain this thread but don't be mad at me when updates are slow Good luck with your raids and I will be looking forward to your kills.

  3. Entered Master Mode before reading so I guess I did veteran. Flashpoint looks good and feels good for veteran mode. Will be much better with cutscenes, story and voicelines. Just one remark on all the mobs around the flashpoints: Getting permanently slowed and rooted all the time is not fun when you're killing trash. If its a boss mechanic, fine, everyone understands and its part of it but these trivial dumbos shouldnt be that annoying. Just like copero and other annoying thrash where there are roots slows and stuns in play this triggered me so hard I almost broke my keyboard. Jumping puzzle is easy but I'm a platforming expert I one shot Makeb datacron 25 times in a row. Anyways, looking good, like the theme and surrounding. Can't wait for master mode and the actual story.
  4. Cooking Minigame Very fun, finding all the stuff was clear although the first time it obviously took a bit. Maybe add arrows on easy mode. I liked the hectic nature of it. Maybe add an even harder mode. Cantina Rush Minigame Kinda meh, maybe add some more flavour, something more to do like an overdrive where the guests are really really hungry and you have to use a speed boost on your quickbar but if you use it too often you explode or guests get too drunk and dance on the table and you have to stun them to calm them down. Also add an Ootini jawa sound when you deliver the order to the jawas. Oh and please in the name of the emperor add strafe to all of those transform into a droid things. Every self respecting MMO player unbinds those spin to win keys and replaces them with strafe. I get animation wise it can look weird though. Prep Work Daily Missions I like the fact that you reincentivise people doing world bosses again. I did not clear any bosses due to lack of players but the gather X quests seem to coincide with the world bosses pretty nicely, just be sure to add enough nodes or make them clickable by all without cooldown cause you can be 100% sure those worldbosses will be farmed by big groups. I'm also worried about respawn times on bosses but there is always that silver lining of making it special and making it an easy spamable thing to do.
  5. Do NOT make the mat gain from PvP RNG. If there's anything everyone hates its this stupid RNG bullcrap. I don't care if you increase the amount of mats required, RNG is the absolute devil and ruins enjoyment. Only clowns and EA thinks this is a good idea. I don;t know why you want to push RNG bullcrap again but please please PLEASE reconsider this stupid idea of 50% 25% and 10% cause it will be the most annoying and counterproductive towards what you are trying to achieve here. Weekly and daily with only wins and no losses count is already enough of an "RNG" thing. Don't make it a stupid double layer thing. Do it, even if you have to up the mat costs. Make it 100% you dummies. Member thrill of the hunt?
  6. Board updated. Vacations and procrastination got the better of me. Feel free to point out any mistakes I made and I will correct them. As for the 16m board I heard about some teams killing stuff but never uploading screenshots. For the first few bosses I'm not sure if they are actually world first or if there is some team out there that never bothered to upload their kill or take screenshots/video evidence. Counter claims are welcome. Happy hunting.

I find it very strange how your group apparently thought board is a meme/who cares/this op is stupid and then when you kill Apex you come with these rediculous screenshots that are an insult to everyone here who followed the rules. You undoubtedly cleared it but to allow these would be a complete disrespect to the people who actually did their best to provide screenshots/kill videos of their first kills. Think about that when the next NiM will be released in 2031 and you pull the same crap there.

Just on this claim: So I've put you guys up but as per the ruling statement about non-linear and incorrectly ordered progression, it'll be listed below the Red kills. I'm happy to work with you to get claims of the previous 5 bosses as I have with other groups; You're welcome to contact me if you want to get these claims and need anything explained more clearly.

  12. Board updated, congratulations with the recent clears. I have another point of discussion. I am using B1 and B2 for second and third lockout because it is a Breach while others seem to be using Encounter. Game files say it's called holding pen. issueless some people would say but I think using multiple names can be really confusing. So what is it? Is it an Encounter during the Breach of the Holding Pen? is this the way? And should it stay B1 and B2 or change to E1 and E2 or HP1 and HP2, HP meaning holding pen. i still can't decide.
  13. Congratulations to everyone with their recent clears, especially team Godslayers from <Tragic Heroes> with their world first Red tank with item level 295! Now to more pressing matters, I feel a consensus has been reached and therefore updated the board accordingly. Kill is a kill when it's recognised by the community. It seems these world firsts are never without controversy and tracking this boss killed in this way without doing this and turning 360 and walking away is indeed a bad idea. Good luck everyone with clearing this operation and I will be looking forward to more kill posts!
  14. First of all I want to congratulate <Farming Components> with their kill on Apex Vanguard and everyone else with their recent clears. Although the killing of Apex Vanguard was a really impressive feat I have been notified of a small but major detail of how this kill was achieved and have been put into a position I don't really want to be in. While trying to do the right thing the role of Lady Iustitia was given to me and I had to weigh both cases on the balance of justice. My sword is raised but I feel unable to file a verdict. I try to be blindfolded and as unbiased as possible and I hope my role as Iustitia will not be taken personally towards me. That is why I am asking you, the community, to help me in this difficult decision. This goes back to the age old discussion of what is an exploit and what not. Rebounders and reflect were a huge meme during Gods and Hydraulics during Revan. Some people might consider them smart use of in game mechanics some consider them an unintended oversight or even an exploit. Both are right in a way and both are wrong in some way. While I don't want to deny <Farming Components> their world first kill of Apex Vanguard there is also something to say that in this kill a major mechanic called Red Venom was completely deleted out of the fight by clicking the console that vents the room at the right time, leaving the Red Venom buff active on Apex Vanguard which means this mechanic is "active" but removing the damage component of the Red Venom Cloud. This results in Apex Vanguard not using this ability ever again in the whole fight. I asked around and as it turns out a lot of teams progressing on Apex Vanguard were very aware of this and were using this smart use of in game mechanics/exploit to their advantage. This leads to the final question. Should this be considered an exploit and not allowed on this board or is this allowed because it is a smart use of mechanics? I have thought about this a long time and heard out a lot of opinions. To me the kill is valid but the complete deletion of the mechanic does not make it proper. During Gods for example my team did not use rebounders or reflect during Anchor phase, unlike other teams, on serious clears because it felt stupid, unintended and exploitive and this was fixed after some time reinforcing our opinion. We still endorsed the first kill by <Failure> though. Red venom is similar in this way, unintended and stupid but it feels like a more major factor in the whole case and makes it a more severe substraction of incoming damage during the fight. Still, a kill is a kill and I have the feeling this claim would be considered valid in previous tiers. If this thread would've been posted by someone else and the kill claim would've been done by a certain team it probably would've been endorsed by the rest of the community albeit with huge drama. Both sides have solid arguments. Like I said I want to do the right thing and that is why I'm considering this: <Farming Components> will get acknowledged for their kill and will be put on the board. Their achievement is unparalleled and deserves recognition. However, this claim can be counter claimed. If anyone manages to kill Apex Vanguard without this smart use of mechanics/exploit they will be put higher on the board. I am not sure yet how to handle subsequent kills but I am considering to post them in a different color if done with said no venom strat. I hope agreement can be reached with this solution. It is not as definitive as yes/no, left/right or white/black but I consider it the most fair. As for [Timed], I will handle this in a similar way. If you want to make claims please provide a video or log, either in this thread or in a PM, where it clearly shows that Red Venom was active and not deleted from the fight. I urge you to post your thoughts about this matter and let my sword be lowered to bring this to a final verdict. Also to anyone posting without UTC clock, PLEASE provide a UTC clock to your screenshots. I have no way of telling in what timezone anyone lives. To maintain this board in an easy way I need this UNIVERSAL time because you know, the time is different depending on what place in the world you're located.

I know my reputation and I am very aware that I am to blame for this myself but I am getting a lot of signals that people consider this a meme thread and therefore don't want to post in it because "what's the point?". Whatever you want to believe or whatever some people told you, this thread is going to be maintained in correct order and there will be no memes concerning updates. I did not think that when my account got hacked or when people saw the great DarthYun post this thread people would react in the super serial way they did. Think whatever you want of Dxun NiM and its difficulty, it is still NiM and worth tracking kills in my opinion. Although I might be a forum clown, the sole reason I put myself forward to maintain this thread is because nobody else said they would. I really liked Gods progression and the thread that spawned from it and would've been sad if Dxun wasn't tracked in a similar way, as all previous NiM raids were tracked in the past. The sense of albeit not always friendly community is still one of my favourite memories of the Gods era, it shows who is still out there doing the hardest content in the game and puts their names out there. And I want to provide the same for Dxun. Like I said, in a previously possibly perceivable sarcastic tone, I will be maintaining this thread.
