I've been screaming this over forum post repeatedly the optimization is horrible and should be the next thing they work on. Balance doesn't even matter when you drop to 5 FPS a second. World PVP is a big thing in MMO's and guilds can't even go at each other because once the fray starts the lag commences.

I can't stand trolls... To OP yes one of the biggest problems right now is optimization. I can run WoW on Ultra in AV and not lag a single bit. Go to Ilum and get into the mid side pvp with maybe about 10 people on either side and your frame rate drops faster than a fat lady who sat down to fast. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM. For a mainstream mmo to lag like this for people with good pcs is horrible.

Dailies should be fixed to MATCHES PLAYED not MATCHES WON. Its unfair when you don't have a premade or several hours a day devoted to running matches over and over just so you don't get stuck with a bunch of medicore people on one team and a Twitch streaming min maxer on the other.

K just snared if not lethal spec (Which doesn't require cover/WAAAY more energy effiecient) Ill spam frag grenade and Rifle shot. Ill mez okay but now if ill have to continue running because if i just drop cover and attack he'll be right there next to me ready to pound me, hopefully he doesn't break it or worse someone on my team is around AOEing. Ill use dodge, woot for the next 3 seconds I'm so damn imba, oh wait I mean 2 seconds because cover is a GCD hope it doesn't bug, oh wait forgot to count in snipe timer, well that leaves me with .5 seconds of imbaness I guess that outta do the trick. Cover is a HORRIBLE mechanic and broken. You will be gimping yourself in the long run, better yet just roll op or scoundrel.

Why not agree? Bioware themselves are making the changes. Anyone can see that the buffs provided a HUGE imbalance in the game. PVP should NOT be affected by professions is such a manner. People rolling around hitting as high 10k crits with the average player having 15k health is bad blood for a new MMO. It should NOT be required to have a certain profession to be good in PVP. There are so many diffrent crew/gathering skills why should everyone only have to use 2?

Exactly, on my level 13 maud I hit 2k scream crits (instant) on my sniper I have to Press Cover Hope it works not glitch Cast Sniper (1.5) Hope it crits Where as on a level 13 maud I Press button Boom damage. Like I said I was going into the marks tree but when I realized how broken this class was with Mitigation Cover bug Energy bug on tier 4 I quickly switch to leathal as it was stupid for me to sit there and press cover over and over while being attack by a zerg and doing nothing.

No this class does need a buff. It is canon fodder in 2 specs, only 1 spec on both sides is viable and they don't need cover. The only reason people do good with the class is because of biochem which is getting nerfed.

Interrupts don't work in this game a healer can vastly Out heal any damage you try to put forth. If for some reason have a friend who is a sniper then yea you can win. At level 50 a healer needs 2-3 people on him interrupting his heals, if he's Biochem specced pls forget it and target someone else you'll go oom before he even has to heal. Sniper has maybe 2 interrupts one of which he needs to be close range to use, which by the way is not our thing since we are snipers. The one we do get is on a 12 second cooldown and only disables THAT ABILITY. Now i'm not to keen on how healers work but when I interrupt they are still spamming so yea... I love how you claim you play gunslinger but don't know the basic mechanics of how this game works.... hmm you sure your're level 50?

Oh go QQ somewhere else. On topic: This is would be a great IDEA love the whole idea of huttball. With so many crazy moves it really brings a whole new atmosphere to zoned pvp. You can knock people back just before scoring, force choke the ball carrier and even yank someone across the map. Hell kinda feels like a whole different kinda game. Sadly a lot of people are blinded from playing WoW so long. They are not used to actually being thrown down or pushed into the fire pits to meet their doom.

Also many of you don't know the following. Energy Regen slows down as you use it and I dont know which tier but one of them is bugged. Cover bugs almost 70% of the time and u have to stand there spamming it over and over before you can use your attacks. Sniper is actually the only class that does weapon damage which means its really the only class suffering when going up against tanks. forgot to say this... IF you do roll sniper ROLL leathaily the other specs are broken and there is no point, this spec will keep u mobile and u will have to depend on DOTS/LOS while they bleed it out.

Again this post is not to say that Bioware original intentions were to make it so you never get bags outside of warzone with no group. It was made to alert people of an EXPLOIT being used by many! I have also gotten bags from outside of WZ with no group. Like I said I was informed told a friend he tried it and it worked. Plain and simple. This could infact be theory craft which why I am getting 5 bags to try and will record it.

but he should cause we are indeed a fun class and gimped only if you use the two most coolest specs (which require lots of cover usage even though cover is currently bugged when you use it 70% of the time.) comon kurro join the snipez/gunslinger gang

It currently heals people back to 50% health in other cases some classes have lower health so works out at around 75%. I just fought a healer WHO SPAMMED this along with his heals. We couldn't even kill the other team cause they had 2 healers doing this. What exactly are you talking about?

Exactly but you can solo join a WZ without having to get a whole 8 man together.

No I'm not saying its not impossible to get an item while out in voss with no party somewhere (that's the way its suppose to work) what I am saying is people are abusing the system that was meant for PVE loot. I just think its unfair because so many have posted about not getting their gear and thought I'd share the big secret. This game was bug tested but it seems that the bugs that mattered were kept in their secret circles.

Join a WZ and then open them, it seems people have found out a way to beat the RNG with biowares own group system. I think something like this shouldn't have even made it into release but I knew something was up when I'd join WZ and people were getting all types of items and I opened bags outside with no group and got only comms. Also if you join a group it seems you get more items that rare by the dozens off mobs too, go figure. SWTOR is riddled with game breaking bugs but this one I am not going to let go unheard, its unfair to millions of people who pay to play and I know nothing will be done against the people that abused it because there is no telling who did it. Anyways, have fun. Infact post success rates just to see if its true hell I could be wrong but when my friend tried it just now with his daily bags low and behold he finally got his main/shield.

Nah I think what they are saying is this Currently on my Sniper (21 ATM I am hitting 400s-500s in a sprawl of shots (one button press) I get 35M range. While on my Assassin (tank spec mind you and no power but surge/crit some champ rest cent) I hit 400-700 but I have to be I think it was 6M last time I logged her in. PVP as a ranged class is so much more fun IMO. If you only have one toon and its a Melee roll a ranged and see how fun it is omg... Lag is waaaay less of an issue.
