I discovered the joy of Win 10 automatically updating nvidia drivers which cause DDX2 crashes. I had to roll back to 347.88 drivers every 6-8 hours because win 10 would keep updating my drivers. I'm not happy with nvidia or MS right now.

Also a founder who just came back. I re-rolled several characters and leveled them by class quests and heroics ONLY and it was by far the BEST experience I've had playing an MMO. I got to fully enjoy the story, read every entry, not worry about not being geared enough to face the next mission.... It was awesome!! I did some heroics with other people and just had fun, didn't worry about gear perfecting roles.... It was an enjoyable casual experience.

I just came back after taking over a very very long time off. I had no idea the event was going on, but I was able to level a few character by just playing the class quests and the story line is 1000000% more enjoyable. Much easier to enjoy the story when it is not interrupted by 50 billion other quests that get in the way. Kind of defeats the purpose of this being an MMO but an occasional grouped mission fills that in slightly. I enjoyed the boost, thank you!

Yeah.... I dunno how i feel about this. I've gotten a few warning and I read the PM scratching my head asking my self: "What?!". There are some really sally-ish people complaining or whomever is watching the forums has never experienced real life conversations. Don't get me wrong, there are some obvious trolling posters/threads here, but don't yell/disagree/infract/ban me because I disagree with a design direction choice. I'm a paying customer, if I don't like the dish you served me I'm going to complain, I'm not going to sit there and eat and ask for seconds when I'm paying for it. . You all need to man the heck up. I'm 40+ years old, I'm retired army, sometimes I expect people to have thick skin when I offer criticism whether they like it or not. I'm not out to be a dick but I like to point out what I see is obvious. Having a forum where the Ministry of Speech is watching everything we post to make sure Bioware approves the smurfs are always happy disturbs me. Why even have a forum when all you want to hear is happiness? Hell, hire a prostitute if you want sweet talk.

I gotta admit, after three or four tries to get a DC I move on. They are just not that important to me. In fact with multiple lvl 50s, I have not gotten any datacrons past the second planet and I really don't care.

I learned a long time ago that when it comes to MMOs, you have to pick PvE or PvE to enjoy, you cannot play both. Also, people still pvp in this game? Why? There are so many better option for pvp games out there. And if you pay 15 a month to pvp you are an idiot.

I gotta be honest as a subber I find the cartel items extremely useless. Some of the armors are cool but waaaaaaayyyy over priced. Besides the major boost packs, I really have nothing to spend my monthly allowance on. And since I noticed I've been getting ripped off on the time for the boosts, I'm not getting those anymore. Maybe me being 40 has made me frugal, I cannot will myself to purchase anything you're selling.

Yeah... those crappy aligned relics, you're not missing much, just +90 endurance around lvl 40+. It's just a couple hundred hit points. No big difference!!! /s

I'm glad someone else noticed it! I was feeling paranoid with the lack of responses. I bought the 5 pack it I noticed it on 3 of the 5 that I got shorted. I am also on shadowlands.

Meh, its only 5 days. I prefer not having an overcrowded zone so I'm in no hurry. I'm perfectly happy with waiting. I per-ordered for the early access of launch and that turned out to be a wait fest, not gonna repeat that mistake. My curiosity awaits with if there is going to be a re-work of the skill trees with the new lvl cap and how that will affect the people subbing. Unless that means the skill trees remain the same.... and/or they are just going to lock down transport to the new planet. Dunno.

Yes, because we all know there are 1000+ people in combat, calculations being processed on hit/dodge/crit chances, multiple mobs being rendered in combat on Fleet, right? You sir are a genus!!!! Thank you for contributing.

Only thing I hate about underworld trading is 99.9999999999999% of the missions are for companion gifts. Make underworld trading actually resemble trading of goods or call it cupcake happy land skills to nullify companions -30 for slaughtering millions with one simple present.

I just wanted to be a stoic, quiet, professional killer. Confident, yeah I noticed that, and its the only +15 I get, I don't want to make jokes and ask the stupid questions, I want to be cut and dry. I'm a sniper, an assassin, an agent, I'm behind the scenes and forgettable. I don't ask questions, I kill from a distance and collect my pay. She doesn't fit the role at all. She is ruining the whole "feeling" of the story arch because I'm stuck with her.

Playing an agent sniper, she is ruining the whole experience for me. All I see is -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1,-1, -1, -1,-1, -1, -1,-1, -1, -1,-1, -1, -1,-1, -1, -1,-1, -1, -1,-1, -1, -1. To the point when I'm screaming "leave already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". Seriously, I'm picking choices an assbag would pick because I'd like her to be partially decent at running crafting missions. Its ruining the whole story for me. Please tell me there is a better companion that actually fits the story line coming soon.

I've been wondering why my Major XP boosts felt like they were going too fast, as they really were. The first of the three hours doesn't seem to register as after almost 50 minutes I noticed I had 11 minutes left. I went to my ship to "rest" and post the problem here when I noticed it reset back to 2 hours 10 minutes. I know I have lost previous XP boosts after an hour, but it seems like quick traveling to a different zone fixed it. Just a warning out to you other guys spending money on the boosts as they are buggy. And maybe since this will directly effect monetary income EAware will actually fix this. If not I highly recommend not spending money on this item.

I'm a 37 full defense build, and while my survivability is outstanding, when I have Kira focused on a different mob I get bored really fast watching the health trickle off the mob I'm facing. And with doc, fights take forever. I'm concerned with PvE only and I have a few Q's. With hybrid, you are not using a shield gen, right? I've been stacking guardian mods (focus on END then STR then DEF, then power for a tad more DPS, does a hybrid focus more on STR and power? Also, search is giving me garbage, suggestions for build? Thanks.

Bumperz for old but relevant thread. I'm playing Imp sniper and loving the story line, but I'm having a hard time developing my character to the story line. I quit in frustration because I feel no attachment to the character. I know I'm going to get gimped by not staying to one alignment, first by relics, second my companions (yes, I know how gifts work, but come on, that is really stupid. I slaughter 10 innocent people, and a trinket makes it all better?!). Those of us that are married know flowers only go so far. And from what I heard there are story hooks based on light/dark choices. I cannot confirm or deny as I'm not there yet. The premise of the game is basically role playing your character, not light vs dark. And some of the locked in choices in my characters view disagree completely with the alignment. For example the Corisant stealing information for the senator. That was a *** alignment moment but proves my point precisely. You do the "right" thing but are awarded dark point because you crossed the gray line. I agree that my character is chaotic in my choices but neutral in attitude towards the light/dark characterization. That is how I want to play my character, I don't want to be a paladin or black guard when I am playing a smuggler. A smuggler is typically out for the money, out for himself, he may have a weak spot for saving women or a pet peeve when dealing with authority, not out to be good or bad. It is a huge gaping hole that shows Bioware has lost touch with the roleplaying games. Could you imaging the uproar if Neverwinter Nights only gave Lawful or unlawful points? NERD RAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And thats great that at lvl 50 we get to use "neutral" relics. Awesome. What about lvl 1-49? You know, 95% of the game?
