I'm a shield spec, and the 31 point skill is garbage. I want my point back. In the thick of action, the activation time feels like eternity, the damage is pitiful and we get one cell back. ANd its on something like a 15 sec timer (IIRC)? I've dealt with low ammo by just spamming hammer shot until I regen and that has been fine. Its garbage.

How could a power I don't have be scaled? I'll type slow for you and keep it simple. LVl 50 have at least two full bars of shinny color icons that do stuff. Lvl 20 have many 5-6 skills that do stuff. How can you scale a skill that you have never trained for? Are you that stupid you cant see the obvious?

NO, I only do it when I'm really bored waiting for RL friends to log in. I just happened to look on the opposing empire scores to see the average medal count was like 40 per person, and the average medal count on the republic side was like 1-2. ALl imps were 50, highest republic player was 21. I'm just wondering why BW is rewards people for kill things that don't present a challenge.

I agree 150000000000% with this statement. There are a ton of ***** out there, and MMOs draw out the finest. I can't understand why people are bashing this statement unless they are ***** themselves. I do have a problem with the low pop though especially as I'm republic and I'm a tank. I have yet to complete a flashpoint that I was actually the right level for, and I Haven't done a 4 man since Taris. Note: I soloed the 4 man on Taris..... I love to tank for people but I have no experience in the flashpoint/raids/heroics. There really isn't a fix to appease all interests here. Personally I'd love to not have to deal with the WoW kids who think I keep aggro on bosses for them to loot the chest I'm standing next to. For the love of god I don't know why we can't tag a node or chest, or more importantly why some parents never had the abortion done..... EDIT: I am on a high pop server, On weekend I still have a queue. I'm assuming everyone is empire on my server because the republic side is a ghost town.

I'm trying to do that now as we speak. I'm at work with my laptop running off to the side of my desk, checking back every 20 minutes so I don't get AFK booted sending my minions on missions. For some strange reason I'm getting like a 40% fail rate.... Thats a bit high even for RNG. I wonder if the system is set up to prevent people from doing what I'm doing? /remove tin foil hat

I've noticed the +crit bug also. Dunno why it happens, but it really angers me when I craft a bunch of armor and its all wrong because the tooltip/description is fubar. But hey!!! we can use emotes in the taxis now!!!! Wait until something takes you 40 minutes to craft and it has the crit bug when you want it for your tank. Makes you want to punch an Ewok. Also, yeah REing in armor tech..... Sometimes you get it in the first pop, some times 50+ times later you just move on. Its what happens when you have a skill based on everything but skill.

Being that I have a shield specced vanguard and a gunny commando, I'll tell you from my experience that commando outdamage vanguard, BUT, the vanguard lives longer so the damage numbers to numbers comes out about the same. If you want to do raw damage, roll commando. If you want to be a gnat and earn damage because everyone is ignoring you, roll a vanguard.
