I am a healer. You're missing my point entirely. I'm in an end game PvE guild. We have all HM down, and a decent portion of the NM modes. There is absolutely nothing for crafted gear that comes even remotely close to being usable. So all it boils down to is the ability to make me credits, and save me credits. And with the copious amounts of stims/adrenals/medpacs I go through on each and every night I cannot see any single reason to have anything other than Biochem. I don't care about crafting, I just want to be as efficient as possible.

It's an honest question. Other than having someone to use all the crafting schematics that drop, is there any real reason not to be biochem right now?

Sorry, but that's now how it works. Let's say you want a Big Mac. You walk into McDonalds and ask for one. They respond with "Sorry we're all sold out of those, would you like something else?". You either eat a different meal or go somewhere else. Econ101 says not everyone gets what they want, or what they pay for. For every Imperial out there shouting about how they should get to play the grossly overpopulated faction if they want to, there are Republic players saying why should they have to get the shaft in order to play the Republic.

So the OP could have just wrote: Give the smaller faction tenacity, just like WoW did with Wintergrasp. But instead he turned it into a terribly written essay. I literally could tell by the first paragraph that that the entire post was going to be filled with nothing but garbage. Buffing the smaller faction failed miserably in WoW, to the point they scrapped it completely and went in another direction. Looking at BW's track record do you really think they're going to be able to do it any better than Blizzard? Maybe you should have spent a little less time climbing your pedestal and a little more time doing some research without your rose tinted glasses on.

Is there some reason people need to proclaim to the world in their sig that they bought the CE of the game? Never before in any other gaming community have I seen people do this, yet here I see it all the time. Is it some badge of fiscal awesomeness or something? CE VIP Why?

Well at least Sorc have alot of different buttons to hit, that's something I guess. The debuff you get from your shield really should just be much longer. Like 90+ seconds. Work the ability to lower the debuff back to it's original duration length somewhere deeper into the healing tree.

I more wish there was a way to vote the most worthless player and it detracted from valor gained. At least then there would be a way to self police all the afkers since BW obviously is doing nothing.

I was about the write the exact same thing.

I thought it went something like: If they have 200 health, and you crit for 10k, it only sees it as you taking off the last 200 health. Same for healing, if someone has a health deficit of 500 the max the game will see the heal as is 500.

You mean so I can stand naked in the middle of Ilum with all my gear in the bank? What are you going to say next, take durability hit on banked gear as well? Again, the path of least resistance.

So then they could stand in the middle and trade kills instead of rocket launchers? The masses will take the path of least resistance, especially when purple gear is involved.

I've had a bug a few times on Voidstar where I'd be planting a bomb, but I'd have no animation or the beam thing on my head. Only thing that would be there would be the castbar.

Of course I could post some screenshot where I steamrolled a pug and got alot of medals as a healer and say "hey look, it's fine! (insert generic meme here)". Sure I can go out of my way to dot stuff up for the slayers/dmg medals. I could purposely find some lowbie or afker to slaughter for the killing blow/solo kill medal. It's not the fact that heals CANT get medals. It's the fact that DPS can just go about their business and more or less get around the same amount of medals per match if they play effectively. Healers have to go out of their way to get anywhere near the same amount of medals. One match a healer may get 10 medals, the next match they may get 3 while still playing at the same level of consistency. I queue up with the same 3 people, every time. We're all rank 50+. We're all multiple season gladiators on WoW, as well as High Warlords. We win a good 90% of our warzones right now. The higher the level of competition, the larger the gap becomes in medals, and THAT is where the problem is. The best PvP match I ever played, myself and sentinel single handedly held the left cannon on Alderaan for the entire match, with anywhere from 3-6 Imperials zerging it at any given time. I stopped caps, interrupted spells, dispelled, and used literally every skill I had to it's fullest. I ended up with almost 600k healing. I ended up with 6 medals, while the Sentinel ended up with 11. We were in the exact same spot for the entire match doing the exact same thing....and he scored 5 more medals than I did. I'm just tired of having to get all the MVP pity votes to make up for the lack of medals.

Except the MVP to you would be the worst player on their team. So the lvl 17 afking in the corner.

Same goes for the crafted artifice for that matter. Whose idea was it to put relics in the game with nothing on them other than a clickable stat boost?

If they put in a competitive arena, that would require much more balance. Once they start trying to balance a game for two entirely different ends of the spectrum, it will fail miserably.

So far it seems most people are either really happy, or really disappointed.
