For all of you Vanguards out there, what DPS set should we go once we start getting Rakata tokens?

All, Can anyone help me decide between mumble and ventrilo? I've heard some nice things about Mumble but haven't been able to test it in a raid setting yet. How does Mumble differentiate from Ventrilo (which we currently use as a guild)

My guild is starting our first set of Ops runs, should we start with EV or Karaggas?
