I sell them individually unless it's a hypercrate that's going to be embargoed soon. In that case, I will hold it until it's taken down, then hold it for another month after to let the market's supply dwindle, and then post it for as much as possible. I'll usually start at a value that I know is too high, and then start reducing it by 1% every two days until it sells. Now if it's one of the newer hypercrates, I will pull those packs out, and sell them individually for 15% less than the median market price. This way, I'm not affected too much by undercutting. And if the market is rich with undercutters, I'll pull my packs off until the market settles a bit.

Sniper rifle is an MR-36 from the cartel packs. You can find it on the GTN by searching sniper rifles and "MR", there are a few types to choose from. Some have glowy effects.

OP, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, and assume that you're not a jerk. I'm going to answer based on the notion that you're a DPS looking for groups in GF and in fleet general. Now please don't take these personal, this is meant towards your character choice, and not you as a person. You're a DPS. You're a dime a dozen. You're disposable. You're easily replaceable. This is why you can't find groups. As to your question about ignore lists, there is no way to determine how many ignore lists you've made. I unfortunately have made it on a few, but that's only because of my penchant for inappropriate humor.

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to get at with this post. Are you saying that you can't get groups? Are you unable to get groups in Group Finder? Are you unable to form groups on your own? Do you whisper people and find that they have you on ignore? In order to answer any of your questions, I need clarification.

There have been a few suggestions for a legacy transfer option, but none of them have gained any traction. The good news about transferring legacy is, if you transfer one toon, you get the entire legacy for that toon. But the bad news is, if you were wanting to transfer multiple characters to another server, you will shoulder the cost for EACH move. Sorry man, I wish I had better news.

This goes without saying, but you folks need to open bug tickets so that the devs will fix this.

It came and went. I noticed a ton of default name changes in my dead imp guild, a lot of my old friends had toons in there, and some of the names changed to things like Thoma_23. Weird system variations and stuff. So it definitely happened.

Cybertech and Artificing craft level 48 tanking mods which can be used as a bridge to the item level 61's available off of the campaign vendor. Also, if you can make it to level 53, then you can get item level 66 mods which will tie you over until you can start getting the 69, 72, and eventually 78 mods. As for barrels and hilts, you'll be capped at item level 66 until you can complete storymode TFB and S&V as those drop Arkanian main-hand and off-hand tokens. Or if you don't want to go that route, you can buy 69 and 72 barrels and hilts off of the GTN for exorbitant prices.
