  1. A level 2 Sage? That's not true! That's impossible!! I'll never join you!!
  2. Erm, yes, my bad. I misread 58 as 56. :%
  3. Also, companion gain is story progress dependant, not character level Also, this entire list should be in spoiler tags
  4. If you're levelling by yourself, your best bet is the class & planet missions, bonus missions, the bonus series on planets which have them, and maybe some of the H2+s. You can also do some warzones if PvP is your thing, or some space missions. But there are more than enough missions for solo play to keep up with each planet. If you're with a friend you can definitely do any of the H2+s (after They™ fix "Jungle Fight" on Belsavis; it's currently "not balanced for 2 players"). If you're in a full group you can skip nearly every side-mission (since you'll be doing 4x class missions), then roll through the bonus series and heroics. However you go, just make sure you're at least level 33 before you get to Quesh.
  5. If you're playing a Twi'lek, there's several head slot items which not only don't show up, but remove the racial headband as well.
  6. You can do this yourself by using the International U.S. English keyboard.
  7. There's 2 H2s on Belsavis that give an armoring and a mod, and one on Ilum that gives an enhancement. I haven't gotten to the Corellia dailies yet so I couldn't say if there's anything on offer there... Although they do run out quickly (especially now you that can't sell them for 20k!) unless you're a Trooper. I think having the same 2 vendors at each of the daily locations is more for convenience than incentive to visit each location.
  8. I have sometimes, on very specific occasions, used C2 for heals instead of Tharan. This only happened if there was a pre-combat conversation during which Tharan was going to lose a bunch of affection, AND I thought I might need to save my Force Cloak for during said combat.
  9. Specifically, (56) mods are from Rakata gear (there's probably a PvP equivalent).
  10. When should I use: General - General is planet-wide and independent of any planet instances which may be in effect. You should use General chat to talk about anything with other people on the planet - ask questions, look for people to group with, discuss matters of varying importance. Say - Say is a local channel and only players in your instance near your character will see your message. You should use Say to talk to a person or a group of people you are not grouped with yourself Yell - Yell is an annoying channel and should never be used. You can disable the Yell channel in your chat options.
  11. Don't ask me, I just work here. But I've had no such issue with Force Pull all weekend, nor at any other time.
  12. "... a ratio of Defence:Absorb:Shield of 3:1:0..." a ratio to 0? so either no Shield and 3 Def : 1 Absorb, or x amount of Shield : infinite Absorption, and infinity x 3 Defence?
  13. I was using it all weekend (in PvE) with no problems. Positional issues like the one you're describing are usually cause by latency issues to the point where the server and your client aren't synced with your character position.
  14. I do this so often it's not funny any more especially after the 2 minute load onto Belsavis or Corellia.
  15. Glad you finally got it sorted out! Now you will never abandon a mission ever again.
  16. Do you mean 108%? 8% accuracy would be quite difficult.
  17. I've noticed the same thing with Holiday, amusingly.
  18. I had no idea Voss even had a bonus series. o.0 You don't recommend Alderaan's Bonus Series? That was reasonably fun and painless (except for the H4s) and there's a datacron hiding in there. Same goes for Nar Shaddaa (although tbh I skipped that and will have to go back)
  19. Mm. It (the CE holo-camera) also zooms into first person view, too, which is usually not what I want.
  20. You get 5 different companions (as well as your ship droid who can also heal): Ranged Tank Melee Tank Ranged DPS Melee DPS Healer Each class gets them in a different order, on various planets, by following your class mission chain.
  21. The only tough encounter JC have is near the end when: There's 3-packs of strong level 8-9 mobs you have to fight your way through with no companion. Just doing only class missions and ignoring everything else I was only level 5 when I tried this and oh how those mobs laughed and laughed and my painful dying screams of pain and dyingness. I had to call in a friend to clear the way for me but I was able to solo the rest of the class mission chain and hit Coruscant at level 6 (at which point there was more screaming until I'd run Esseles a bunch of times and levelled up a bit.)
  22. Yeah, that's probably it. There was an affection-related bug with Kira early on but that's been resolved. You can give them higher grade gifts and they will get a bonus to the affection gained; if they're b/w 0-2k and you give them a Rank 2 gift, they'll love you 1.1 times as much as if you had given them a Rank 1 gift. If the gift is 3 or 4 Ranks lower (Rank 1 for 6k+, Rank 2 for 8k+) you'll get 0 affection gain. Dulfy's guide has some good number-crunching info.
  23. 1) I wouldn't even call it a pet. >.> It's similar to the holodancer; you can activate it for a short time and then it disappears. 2) You can only have one of your 1 - 6 (soon to be 7) companions summoned, helping you with missions. There is also a level-based limit to how many companions you can assign to crew skill missions (or crafting). For some reason the number you can send out at each level seems to be slightly different for some classes.
  24. There's a list of servers on the General forum
