In an ideal world, Battlemaster should take months to achieve. It's also not that much better than Champion anyway.

If they implement server transfers, join Nightmare Lands. We don't have that problem. 40 v 40 fight on Ilum yesterday for hours, both sides pushing each other back, equal numbers the night before aswell. What's funny is that at the first available moment, Republic started camping us in at our spawn, but when it happens to them they come here to QQ. When we got camped in at a speeder spawn we just kept dropping down and fighting until we pushed them back. Was great fun.

Come over to Nightmare Lands, we don't have whiny Republic. 2 days ago when everyone complained about having 2 Republic who could be bothered to go to Ilum vs 100 Empire we had equal fighting outside their base rather than inside it, yesterday they outnumbered us and were actually camping us at the speeder point killing us as we dropped down (lol? double standards?) but it was needless to say a terrific fight, we pushed them back to the base, after a while they pushed us back again and we fell back, then we regrouped and pushed them back again. It was a great fight.

What's rubbish, is that you refuse to accept that we had a decent fight just because you didn't.

You're just posting something you've got no idea about now. You've ignored the part where we had a 5 hour battle with republic of even numbers out side of their base... good job. You've ignored the part where it didn't even happen on all servers... good job. You've ignored the part where I'm not battlemaster or anywhere near... good job. You instead just made stuff up as most republic are doing right now, such as a couple of hours to get to 60, me being battlemaster, or me being afraid to lose my hard earned valour which you put in quotation marks as if I'm lying about the fact that we had a great battle with equal numbers and shouldn't be punished just because YOUR server doesn't have a lot of Republic players. So I ask you again, why should everybody be punished for something that happened on a few servers but not all?

Here's something I posted in another thread, let's see some answers that don't make you out to be selfish and let's not exaggerate for 5 minutes. People who 'legitimately' got their valour got it by playing warzones and for a large part, farming people up to 40 levels below them. Okay quite a few legitimate 50 vs 50 battlesi n there, but please for the love of god don't try and deny you didn't get it by smashing lowbies in seconds for a large part of it. Should Bioware remove all the valour you got by killing a none 50? Because that's not really legitimate, I'm not sure why you class your achievement as legitimate, I mean, fair is fair no? Surely now we've got the 50 bracket warzones everybody should be reset to 0 valour so that everyone can do it 'legitimately' and nobody can get it by farming lowbies? People like me played a lot of warzones yesterday why should we lose our valour we gained legitimately in our 50s bracket because a few servers had problems, can't you see how selfish that is? Lastly, it didn't even happen on all servers. This is important, read this again, it only happened on a few. So here is the question, why should the whole gameworld be affected because some servers had an issue? At least only look at the ones affected. Servers who had great decent fights like mine which had a 5 hour battle with the republic without entering their base shouldn't be affected because a few other servers didn't have enough Republic on at the time to keep the Empire at bay. A few servers had 5 to 10 Republic there which I find absurd to believe that you only have 10 people on your entire server wanting to get a quick champion bag by doing a daily, but if you did, that's a problem with your server. Please accept this isn't the case on all servers and a cross server punishment for something unique to yours is not a fair solution.

Absolute rubbish. 368,000 valour in 5 hours? 1300 valour a minute? Plus, nobody got full BM yesterday, why oh why are idiots not thinking before they post. Ranking your skill to 60 gives you the ABILITY TO OPEN battlemaster bags. IT DOES NOT GIVE YOU a full set of battlemaster gear. You have to go and get them, open them, save your commendations up, buy your gear, nobody did all of that yesterday. For the love of god stop overexaggerating. These are the same people posting that Bioware put 0 thought into their patch, when they themselves put 0 thought into their posts.

Yes they should do something, but not jump to this stupidly drastic form of action.

On your server. Which is a small part of the game world. I've already posted screenshots of my server, equal numbers fighting outside the base. Just because it's happening to you, doesn't mean it's what's happening everywhere.

They already can see the numbers leaving. Your post changes nothing. I am at level 50. It's nothing like how is being exaggerated. The only problem is that the Empire could get into the Republic base to stop them spawning. They should have just been locked out, and even that hasn't happened on every server, just some of them.

Why? What significance do you think you telling them you've quit has? People quit every day, people join every day. You quitting is the natural thing that happens in MMOs and nothing out of the ordinary.

The thing is, the valour is not constant. You can get 600 in one minute then nothing for 5. It's just people who have trouble comprehending things see that one person got 600 in a minute and automatically get a calculator out and say OMG that's 864,000 valour in 24 hours if you pvp every minute of the day. But you don't get 600 a minute every minute. You may occasionally get 600 within 60 seconds, then nothing for a bit.

Trolololol. The geared 50s are on Ilum anyway. They'll be back soon. Think of it as a few days practise you've been afforded. See, I can troll too.

If your server only has 5 level 50s wanting to PVP then I'm sorry but you need to reroll on a different server. It isn't Biowares fault that nobody on your side can be bothered or wants to PVP. Trying to blame them is pathetic. It's not your fault, but it isn't theirs either.

As I was levelling I'd go into a warzone and look to see how many 50s I had on my team and groan if there wasn't enough, then when I hit 50 I'd go into a warzone and look to see how many sub 50s we had. Heading into Huttball Sith v Sith with 3 Operatives sub 20 with no abilities at all is depressing.

Exactly this. People will not get BM in a day, or an hour, or in 5.03 seconds whichever the going rate happens to be depending on which Republic is at that moment trolling a particular thread, what they will get is the ability to open the BattleMaster bags that they don't actually have, faster but will then have to go out and get the bags anyway. Plus the claims are ridiculously exaggerated by the Republic who have an issue with the amount of Empire players and as such exaggerate everything PVP. The issue is that there are more Empire than Republic which on some servers is leading to them getting outnumbered in their own base. If the numbers were even, the Republic would do the same back to the Empire, or have an even fight. So think of a way to fix the numbers issue or physically lock the Empire out of the Republic spawn zone like the barriers that prevent you from going into another classes mission area. That's all.

This was our server, we had a great battle. Only issue was the wuss Republic who had equal numbers to us who didn't want to leave their gun or their base because it gave them extra DPS. We just had a massive fight shooting each other from our own lines. Tanks on both sides pulling people into their own clusters. Kudos to you all on our server, was a great fight. If the people affected make me lose my valour because I had a good fight and they didn't, I won't be happy. I won't be as dramatic as them though and threaten to quit the game. That would be fine, and it's a genuine issue when Empire are inside the Republic base killing people. That's the issue. So they will fix it, but cries though here are just going too far. The valour gain being mentioned is ludicrous and couldn't be further from the truth, and it's not happening everywhere like people are making out, only on certain servers yet the QQers want everybody affected just because their server is having an issue.

Exactly. If I go to a club, and it's a sausage fest, I move on to a different one. I don't cry that every club in the city should be closed because there are no women in the world anywhere whatsoever because there just weren't any where I was.

At least do it only on servers it's happening on. Plenty of servers it's not happening on. Apologies your server doesn't have enough Republic, but don't cry for my valour to be removed because the 5 hour fight I've just had with the Republic of equal numbers outside the spawn isn't what is happening on your server.
