I'm not in the US unfortunately - so Amazon can't sell me a digital code... I don't think EA want my money.

I know others have said they bought while an active subscriber, however, I tried and got an error message. I phoned customer service and their reply was that its only available for lapsed subscriptions. So, still confusing and clear as mud. Seems to work for some but not for others. For clarity - I resubbed a couple of months ago and am ready to buy SoR, so this pack looked good to me. EDIT - Customer service sent me a link to the FAQ but that states "all players" for the story pack...so still confused. I've sent a question back to them about that. /sigh.

Pierce - rawr. Bioware troll me yet again with a char I love and no proper romance option. Revel - wasn't sure at first but the longer my SI spent with him the more I liked him. That attitude of his is perfect. Vector - too sweet for words and such a contrast to the other two. (I should note that I use a customisation for all of these guys except Vector. Why mess with perfection?) Special mention to Doc - after all the 'sleazbag' comments here I went in expecting the worst. Of all the romances this one had me laughing from go to woah. It was worth every single dark side point and putting up with JK VA to see it to the end. Oh sorry late edition - Lord Scourge - yummo. That is all

I just (literally) did this on my second SW. No Quinn romance this time and I took Pierce with me. Quinn tells you he told Barras Pierce was physically capable but not suitable to join them. Extremely amusing reply from Pierce. That's my boy Oddly one of my SW's early convo options seemed romance related "Don't I mean anything to you?" Must be a bug unless Bio assume all female SW's romance Quinn (mine hasn't actually spoken to him at all...ever... unless forced in a group cutscene). I still think the whole thing jars badly and wish for a better ending option. Nothing makes a Sith weaker than underlings that you can't trust or properly punish for betrayal. Why can't I just send him back to Barras if I'm not allowed to kill him? Oh well, here's hoping Bio tie it up in upcoming story additions (but I actually really doubt they'll do anything with it).

Doc was hilariously good fun and the only thing that kept me playing my female JK. Vector is terribly sweet and I enjoyed the romance immensely. Andronikos - loved it. It really felt like the meeting of two equals - he didn't take any crap and his post romance letters cracked me up. Quinn - blargh. Those the ones I've completed. Its hard for me to pick the one that I think is best written as the three I liked all had good points and were very different. Sorry to be indecisive.

Its about the same level for both sides iirc.

Zenith : "Personal space" For some reason it cracks me up every time. Was my JC standing a leetle too close for ya Zen?

I don't mind the canned responses but a few of the female SW ones are very poorly edited in. The mood of the response doesn't always suit the occasion. She sounds peppy and loud when the rest of the conversation is serious and quiet. ( I'm at work and can't think of an example off the top of my head...)

My second run SW is happy with Pierce. I particularly enjoyed his "This posting just gets better and better." I would have preferred a full romance but he suits my DS SW. I used him exclusively after picking him up so it worked for levelling his favour as well. My girl is all 'Sith business' but I don't see why she shouldn't have some fun too I romanced Quinn on my first SW and found it amusing but ultimately not to my taste. The poorly done <spoiler thingy> didn't help matters.

I've seen posts analysing this incident and Quinn's dialogue, positing that he expects, even wants to be killed. I don't agree that he expects to fail - all I got from the conversation was an arrogant more than slightly smug sense of self satisfaction that he'd fooled the SW. He seemed certain he was going to win the fight. I'm leveling another SW who's up to Voss so this convo is coming up again soon. I'll pay careful attention and see if I change my mind. (Be interesting to see how well he does after spending all his time on the ship making things. That uniform he's wearing must be a bit smelly by now )

I just completed this, first time doing it again after the change of look. Erm, yeah. I have to agree those masks are silly. Not really inspiring awe and fear. The gold/brown colour doesn't seem to match the rest of their outfits. I wonder if making them black/red would help? Still, on the bright side, made it easier to be cheeky with them

She's Rattataki. Good point on responses being race related I didn't take it to mean she'd been enslaved for that - but rather that her people were hunted while they were slaves. When she'd retaliated in kind her force sensitivity was noticed and she was sent to Korriban. Hmm, I got a lot from what was effectively two lines of conversation! Pity you can't reload - I'd love to see it again to check my memory.

I recall a conversation with Andronikos with my SI. I think that's when she mentioned something like this: "They thought it would fun to hunt my people for sport. I shot back. Instead of killing me they sent me to Korriban where I became Sith." That's very very paraphrased and from memory. I'm as sure as I can be that it was Andronikos she was talking to. (I have so many alts though I hope I'm not mixing it up with another char - don't think so though).

Could be wrong though - I've only completed Tattooine once on the Republic side. (Erm, assuming you were being serious and not humorous.)

On my Marauder - Quinn. He's not the type that usually appeals but it seemed that all my SWTOR playing acquaintances were raving about it. Erm. Let me just say I'm levelling another SW (a jugg) and this one has her eyes on Pierce. On my SI - Andronikos - what a sweetheart!!! I wasn't sure what to expect going by some of the forum comments but it really turns out nicely imho. That's it really - I've got a mid level JK who's thinking about Doc (he's way too hilarious to pass up) but I have 'issues' with republic chars so that might take a while to develop. I'm leveling a few alts but I don't think I'll bother with romancing anyone on them - none of the choices really appeal. Oh I should say - I only play female chars so I suppose my answering this is moot - I don't really get to choose as there's only one choice (mostly).

I've finished the SW romance and have completed most of the SI one. Unless the SI romance takes a sharp left turn after 8k favour then I'm definitely liking that one the best. After some of the posts I've seen on the forums here, I didn't expect to like him at all, but I find Andronikos hilarious and oddly sweet. The relationship (in the short snatches of it you see) seems to develop more like two equals rather than the SW dynamic. No spoiling me if it all goes south in the next 2k's

I picked up the starter for the Hoth bonus series from the Mission terminal on Voss. The one near where the npc who gives you Voss bonus series is standing. My char was L46 or thereabouts iirc.

I love it. I'm an altaholic and the class quests mean that leveling alts, even on the same side, is always a bit different. I'm keen to see what's added going forward. I'll confess to being one of those 'antisocial' solo MMO'ers. I've played lots of MMOs and spent a lot of time grouping/raiding/dungeon crawling but nowadays I'm happy to cruise along and solo. I hate, hate, end game gear/faction/whatever grinding. What's fun for me is leveling and questing. Its about the journey, if you will.

I have my chars 'read' the update droid. I hoard things 'just in case'. I obsess about finding just the right armour look for my chars. I never run unless I have to. I also don't use the speeder unless my char has to travel a long way. I don't put head gear on my companions unless it won't show. I talk to my companions and to mobs irl when I'm playing. I apologise to my companions if they die. I put my class buff on random chars as they run past. So, pretty much the same as most people

Thana makes Taris even more unbearable for me than the incessant killing of rakghouls. She's petulant, incompetent and boastful. I'd definitely categorise her as 'chaotic stupid'. Even my completely lightside SW enjoyed sticking a lightsabre in her innards. Having said that - I'd love to have been able to loot her armour. Very nice (even with the clipping issues). So, it would be nice for those who like her to have her as a companion, but I'd prefer not.
