  1. It's for the chance to crit an augment slot on said gear for people who earned the valor rank to wear said gear. End of story. The new tier of Ops gear will be able to be RE'd for a chance at an orange schematic from what I've read. Allowing the same thing for PVP gear is only fair imho.
  2. It's in your account settings. Under Basic Information - have to know what your GMT is and select it.
  3. I've seen new orange schematics on the GTN but they were pvp oranges for synth weaving and armor mech.
  4. You can't RE any pre 1.2 augments. You can RE the ones learned from schematics, all the 1.2 version schematics will have a "made by" tag like any crafted item. The RE process works like any linear RE for mods or consumables. As far as RE of rakata, cursor over and see if it gives you a percentage chance for a schematic. If not, then you won't learn anything by RE it. I'm pretty sure the new RE schematics come from the new gear introduced in 1.2, from the new Ops. I don't know anything about pvp gear.
  5. Cyber tech schematics come from slicing.
  6. Love the change and the font. Looks great on my iPad!
  7. There's no such thing as a zero tolerance policy here. People will just post on level one characters and continuing spouting off their endless complaining like they always do. I wish they would just automatically delete all these "here's my opinion on X" threads. So tired of all the 'special snowflakes' feeling that their opinion is valued over the 100s of thousands of players playing this game.
  8. Stop pricing you items so low. If people are reselling your items on a regular basis then you are obviously pricing to low. There's a guy on my server who sells Stims way cheaper than the going rate and I always buy and relist his items every day, at a 10,000 profit per item. I do this every single day. My resells are still a little cheaper than the rest and still sell out in a day. If he ever wises up I will stop.
  9. Make an alt on other side. Mail the items to your alt. list items on other GTN. Profit.
  10. I always thought if Cathar were added as a playable race/species for Republic it would double their population. Could go a long way to solve population imbalance.
  11. It's fine the way it is. If anything make it so you can't pick up the egg again after you have looted one. Make them bop.
  12. Please tell me you aren't one of those people complaining about no open world pvp.
  13. The party bomb and instigator were 1000 times less annoying than the giant land speeders parked on mail boxes, banks, npcs, elevator buttons etc. I would much rather see the instigator and bomb than those annoying vehicles any day. I have 3 of said annoying vehicles that I don't even use.
  14. /signed. If those WZs were put in in their PTS state OP woulda been crying about how bad they were. Try to find something positive instead of looking for things to complain about.
  15. Did anyone really use it other than to transfer things to alts? I for one am thrilled to be able to just mail credits or items to my alt and not risk someone buying my items I'm trying to transfer. I really don't see any benefit to making items sent to an alt BOP.
  16. I think you are only getting the mats back for the mod not the orange shell. The return is pitiful.
  17. I have gotten an orange schematic from investigation called Custom Blaster Pistol. Have also gotten a tech stave I think it was. Both are level 20 and were from the 2 nd tier investigation missions.
  18. Thanks! It's really appreciated!
  19. I think it's supposed to be more story oriented than actually being useful. An elder of the Legacy passing something down or a gift to the newest member of the legacy.
  20. Aww they took that out? I didn't have one but enjoyed it whenever someone popped it out on the fleet.
  21. I noticed it too. Had to turn of ambient sounds and my companions sound funny. Talos sounds like he's talking into a fan or something. lol
  22. When you trained it from your trainer it would have added it to an open spot on your action bars. However if you don't have enough action bars enabled, you will need to open your abilities panel (P) and drag it to a spot on your bars. As an Inquisitor it's on my Inquisitor tab on the abilities panel. I'm not sure which class you are, so you may need to check a couple tabs to find it. It's actually called "Sprint". I hope that helps.
  23. Not trying to be rude, but maybe you haven't clicked it on. Once you have it enabled, it persists through death, until you turn it off.
