NO ONE will care about the voice acting in one more month I will, therefore this statement is wrong /Thread

In the twelve days i've had access to the game its booted me out just once and thats just to my character screen so I was able to get back in within about 20 seconds of being kicked. I was expecting to be pushed to the back of a queue like i was when i first logged in but i wasn't thank god.

I suppose your one of those that sit in a capital city all day and want a cross server LFG system that ports you everywhere you will ever need to go.

Lol it seems all ship droids are annoying, maybe its Bioware's way of making us use the more fleshed out companions with story as opposed to our ship servants.

The "other games" have spoon fed people with addons of all kinds and now i'm afraid any new mmo in the future is going to have to have them otherwise people will rage quit. I'm with you OP i don't know how people would have survived before addons even came to be. Its inevitable this game will get addons and i'll probably use them just to keep on a level playing field with my peers. PS I am in favor of UI addons though

I'm only lvl 19 so can't really comment and have had very little tanking experience so far just 1 four man heroic quest. I find the difficulty to be very sporadic, ranging from very easy to quit difficult but then again i havn't really settled on a rotation. I am rather worried about the upcoming story bosses ive been hearing about. But i've figured if i've rolled the hardest class first then the game can only get easier. I do recomend maxing the trait "swelling winds" though (tier 1 vigilance) my force sweep is almost 1 shotting trash now leaving me to concentrate on any silver mobs in the group.

Well Stephens said it goes beyond July today so i'm definatly in. My guess is they get all of August in at least today.

Hello Chris we all start somewhere for me it was Guild Wars about 5 years ago and I was totally clueless about mmo mechanics i'll give you an example I rolled a Warrior (tank class) and i kept getting these abilities that made an enemy attack me and i instantly disgarded them thinking why on earth would I want enemies to attack me. Anyway i've been hooked on mmos since and for the most part my console collects dust. Take your time to learn and try and find some like minded people (a community makes or breaks an mmo for me). PS stay off the General Discussion boards until the whining about EGA stops it may put you off the community as a whole:rolleyes:

A good point OP today is also my day off (and i bet in the future Wednesday will be maintinance day, typical) and the first wave today will be 2pm my time and 3pm for central Europe.

Thankyou a very nice, proffesional and witty little guide you have there. This will be my first proper tank in an mmo (i'm normally a healer) and i'll be sure to use this guide as a referance as i start my journey into TOR (today hopefully:)).

I agree friend, quite frankly people should be grateful for any EARLY game access. I entered my code a week after pre orders were available so i'm hoping i can maybe get in tonight, if not i'm confident for tommorow. If anything the wait is making me way more exited after waiting 2-3 years i know i'll be playing within a week i'm bouncing of the walls here:D
