I speced in to the skill today and im not running any faster then anyone. 15% should be noticable right? If this is working as intended then Defensive forms is totally rubbish for a carnage spec. If we can get back to a mob faster after a knock back or switch targets faster with the 15% increase. (Even if it only feels like a 2% increase) then it's an amazing investment of talent points.
