With Pinning Resolve selected as one of my utilities, my force slow should be 6s CD & 12s duration. What it is = 12s CD & 6s duration. My tooltip says it should be 6s CD but it lasts longer than 6s. - Combat utility "Motion Control" does not create a 90% slow after spin kick or Force Stun.
