Does this mean I won't be able to retrieve the cartel coins? Where did you purchase them from? Very few places sell physical cards anymore for anything SWTOR related .. but when they do.. I would expect the code would also be on the receipt. The merchant might also have a record of the transaction. In any event.. send a request to support and explain the exact circumstances. Of course they are going to have to have some trail of the codes somewhere in order to actually give you credit for them (they can't just take you word for it). Put in a ticket, was told in the ticket to call customer support. When I called customer support, I simply got "We apologize for the inconvenience; we're working on getting this fixed. Thank you." Worth requiting for emphasis.. because clearly from some of the posts here in this thread... people do not understand that any lingering issues with this DO NOT follow the normal bug/trouble reporting/resolution. Earlier tickets, phone calls, etc won't get your needs met in this particular case... and Keith has been very transparent about what to do for anyone who had not yet received their CCs. Anyone still not received their coins... I encourage you PLEASE... follow what Nightblazer was kind enough to requote from the EA support site. It WILL help you get your remaining issues resolved. Could we not get a few more staff to move back over from Anthem and give this guy a hand out here, he is playing a blinder.....push Anthem out a month say (they may as well learn early over there that deadlines are there to be broken!!). I must be the only person in the game that doesn't care about their coins enough to check on them...I pay to play the game the coins are fluff. I'm still out another 11000 and I didn't even want the extra 5500. I just wanted 5500 that I am owed. I purchased 2 packs of 5500 because the cartel market was messed up. You guys only gave me 5500 back then charged me for another 5500? Seriously? Don't take money out of my pocket after you owe me money and tell me we're cool.
