It's extremely easy to ninja a tank, however ninjaing a sorc before help arrives is practically impossible. The only shot you have is if your team has enough raw strength to make it impossible for the sorc to receive help without that team losing the node wherever the "big fight" is. So you can't really sap cap him. Also, if the sorc is running bubble pop, he can just place pw on other side of node while standing other side themself -> gets to interrupt your first sap cap without using breaker -> leaving him with two breakers.
