Not in legacy bank or my inventory on first logged toon. Same here. All mods and enhancements are gone! The full set of armor was stored in my Legacy bank. Only the augments were returned. Same thing with a guildie of mine, if your armor set was stored in Legacy bank and there wasn't room in that tab, then the mods and enhancements were destroyed. No answer from devs. Just crickets.
