  1. Eric Musco is the Sean Spicer of SWTOR! Put on that brave face, gobble some Tums and face the raging throng. We know these things aren't Mr. Musco's fault, but it is the job description. I feel for him, but his is the only face we often see doing anything at all to show us that someone still turns off the lights on their way out at the end of the day.
  2. No flaming from me. That represents quite a bit of actual cash. Ouch! Here's the thing. Sell those hypercrates to some other poor sap with more money than sense, then buy the item you want on the GTN. Otherwise, I fear disappointment may become your constant companion and that would reek.
  3. Well, I say just give it time. The utter disdain that SWTOR currently has for raid groups will make it possible for you to buy it on the Cartel Market soon. Same item in 10 different colors and you will have to pay Cartel Coins to unlock each minor variant. Should you get one without NM OPs? No, not really. But considering those achievements have been watered down and made meaningless. Hey why not? Hell, you should just get every item in-game just for logging on and standing around drooling on yourself on fleet. /s
  4. http://imgur.com/a/BFMWb This implant needs the correct icon. It is NOT an earpiece. I have put in bug reports for this for YEARS now. How difficult is to correct? This is why players lose faith in SWTOR. The simple things that drive us all insane in the lack of attention to detail. Are there bigger problems? YES! But NOTHING should go for this long without correction.
  5. All this white knighting is making me vomit in my mouth. I'm a 5 yr veteran who has paid thousands of real dollars supporting this game. I have unlocked all the crystals and tuning I use. And they just bricked my legacy weapons?!? It will be a cold day on a sun reactor before I pay another nickel to the cartel market. Way to lump honest players in with exploiters....AGAIN!!! I will use crafteds, freebies and Eternal Championship crystals before I ever support this money grab. You always manage to fix items that cost you, but leave things broken for months and YEARS then dump a load of bantha poodoo on your players and act like we should be grateful. No way I'm paying to remove a crystal I have account unlocked in order to move mods around. Nope, Nope, NOPE! I'm keeping my credits AND my real money in my pocket from now on!
  6. Checked my mail today and all my pieces were returned. According to CS message, it WAS possible for them to do their research and check the log. I am happy to get my mods back (and then some, they even returned the augment kits, which I did not actually need). I am grateful to CS for addressing it, even if it is not acknowledged. So now, if CS directs you to this thread, then just direct them to this post. For anyone still waiting. Put in the ticket and don't give up. They ARE working on it. Glad to have resolution, but would like to see everyone report in that they too have been compensated.
  7. Yeah, they really do. So far all we have is crickets with no acknowledgement at all. At least my second ticket has not been closed. I have hope someone will actually listen to us.
  8. Re-submit your ticket with an itemized list of the missing mods and enhancements.
  9. Re-write your ticket. They are still telling us all we are just too dense to find the items in our Legacy Hold, Cargo Hold or Inventory of first logged toon post-patch. They are refusing to acknowledge that this is a coding error on their part. Tell them exactly how many mods and enhancements are missing and the level of those items. Don't let them keep dismissing all our complaints on this same issue.
  10. I have re-written the ticket and phoned CS, who were much more helpful than the naysayers on this board. Game-breaking or not, it was poorly executed and originally treated in a lazy and dismissive way by CS. And just sayin' - I don't care if human automatrons don't like it when actual humans display emotion or passion. (See Sith Code for reference).
  11. Agreeing. I had room for the mods and enhancements in other Legacy Tabs, but they were not moved to those empty spaces from the first tab. They just ceased to exist. The coding was in error.
  12. No, they are not spread out in our Legacy hold, cargo hold or inventory. They are just missing entirely. I am missing 7 224 mods and 7 224 enhancements as is my guildmate in the same situation. We have looked where they are supposed to be and they are NOT there. There was only room in that Legacy Tab for the DvL updated set pcs and the augments that were returned. The other pcs are not in any other Legacy tab, or anywhere else. They just destroyed them. 14 pcs in total for me. And CS was directing people to Musco's response and closing our tickets despite the fact that it is WRONG.
  13. Exactly as you say, CS pointed to THIS post as proof that we did not lose our mods and enhancements. It is NOT accurate and very patronizing. Devs, you need to acknowledge the problem and tell us how you intend to fix it.
  14. Same thing with a guildie of mine, if your armor set was stored in Legacy bank and there wasn't room in that tab, then the mods and enhancements were destroyed. No answer from devs. Just crickets.
