This game started with 84 servers on the East Coast alone There is NO reason that they can't merge servers. It would literally save them money and increase the desire of people to return. No one wants to log in and see 2 people on fleet: Yourself, and a credit's bot trying to sell you 10 million EC for only 4.90!!!! Come on BioWare, this is your only job. I moved 8 level 65 characters off the server. They said they didn't want to merge yet because of "waiting for population spikes post expansion to settle down" and the like. That's SOOO BS. Those population spikes are going to be returning players that see a dead server, and don't come back. They should have fixed this BEFORE the expansion so returning players would stay. Risl Posted December 20, 2016 Share Posted December 20, 2016 (edited) It's clear that they'd rather avoid the whole server merger issue with character renaming and associated complaints. Instead, they can just force people to pay for the transfers if they want to be on a server with any substantial population. A server merge would be the responsible thing to do, but they're most likely not going to do it. Either you pay for the transfer (now while it's on sale), you have fun with the low pop, or you put the game down until they take action (which may be never).
