avenger_online Posted August 31, 2016 Share Posted August 31, 2016 I aquired the revan reborn lower and supplementary boxes from th dvl event which randomly disappeared so I've contacted cs multiple times now and it's been almost 2 months since the issue but all I keep getting back is "Im sorry but I can only sympathise but we are not able to help you, I'm sorry if this wasn't the answer you were hoping for" BS so annoying and now I wish I took screenshots so a warning and tip to everyone, whenever you get an expensive item, screenshot it CS won't help you. At this time all of these issues have been resolved and you should be able to properly connect to all servers. I do apologize that this was not communicated sooner.
