I have a physical Security key, in case that has to do with it, since the error only occurs after the security key screen and not the regular login credentials. Will you please fix it, Bioware? I am annoyed, but fine with this, I just want to know what is going on, or at least an official nod from some server tech that is like, "Yep we know, we are fixing it." DegaDominator Posted July 16, 2016 Share Posted July 16, 2016 I tried to log in here to account but can't even do that when you login dont put the security key in You can request a one time password to remove your security key. Go to https://account.swtor.com/user/login and enter in your username and password, and leave the security key blank. Press log in.
