I just got off the phone with support and it appears to be a problem with more than just SWTOR and they are currently working to resolve the issue.

I tend to agree. The leveling armor should really have just been a single reward as opposed to piecing it out.

I'm pretty sure EA does not accept bugs as payment for services. However, if you read the delay announcement, it clearly addresses this concern.

I am not interested in your sympathy. That you paid money for items in the past has no bearing on this topic. Like many others, I have purchased items from the cartel market and have even elected to make some items account unlocks. In fact, I have some of the items being offered as reward. I do not begrudge someone getting it now as an event reward as it has no impact on my enjoyment of the item. I simply feel that the items should be Bound to Legacy so that they can be effectively utilized without having to spend coins to do so.

The fact that it has been said doesn't change my point. Being able to unlock things in collections just means that we will have to purchase the ability to use the item on another character. This is a pretty piss poor approach to event rewards.

Shouldn't these things be Bound to Legacy? I just got parts of three different force sensitive armor sets on a trooper that will never use them. I can, however, use them on another toon.

I am having the same issue. I submitted a ticket and will update if I find out anything.
