While it's not the absolute best looking or sounding, it actually has some meaning tied to the character's story, and being an adaptive item, it can be used from that point on. I picked one up for about 1.5 million from the GTN. At that time the Unstable Arbiter was going for over 30 million. Yeah, I'm with y'all there. I also appreciate very much that it doesn't have that constant, super-prominent and super annoying hum after activation.
