I still have not received my code and it is beginning to frustrate. I have been subbed to e-mails since there was an option to do so. Been playing since Beta so not really fond of being forgotten. :mad:

 

And yes I have unchecked and rechecked the box, and double checked that the e-mail was not put in spam. I have a special filter for all SWTOR e-mails to be marked important and never be junked.

I've not received a code either. Been opted in forever, double checked to be sure when I watched the live stream. I've checked every folder in email. Thanks for looking into it.

 

EDIT: After some people have mentioned the "normal monthly newsletter" I realize that I havn't received a SWTOR newsletter in some time now. I didn't miss them, just one less thing to delete in my inbox. ( I check the website regularly so I've never read the newsletter anyway.) I wonder if I somehow got off the list while the check box stayed checked. And, for the record, I didn't uncheck and re-check the opt in when checked my account settings before, I just checked that the check box was checked.

 

PS- Typing that last sentence made me smile. :D

 

EDIT 2: POSSIBLE SOLUTION: I was on dulfy.net checking for more info here http://dulfy.net/2016/02/18/swtor-february-subscriber-reward-email-today/ and in the comments someone posted that they didn't receive the email but after searching their email (like typing in a search box) for SWTOR it brought up the appropriate email. I tried this and lo-and-behold I DID receive the email! (And all of the previously unseen newsletters too- going back to July 2014) I don't know if this a SWTOR issue (maybe a change in newsletter format) or an email provider issue ( I use gmail.com) but something fishies going on. But I did get my email so I'm going to go use my code now.

I wanted to let all of you know that we are looking into the emails. For starters, here are a few things you should look for. As always, make sure to check all of your email folders, including spam, promotions, etc. The subject line of the email is either "A Familiar Face Joins Your Team - Play Chapter 10 Now!" or "Chapter 10 and Firebrand are here - Play Now!". I know of some users who deleted the email thinking it was just our normal newsletter, but your codes were contained in those emails.

 

Now, with all of that being said, I am looking into a few things:

  • Was the email sent to everyone who qualified.
  • Were there any errors during sending, that caused some people to be missed.
  • Did any other issues occur during the process which caused some people to be missed.

 

I have been going through this thread to verify that users were properly identified. As an example, Mutiny, the OP of this thread. I can see that you qualified for the email, and are on the list of people who received emails. So now I am checking on our side to ensure that users like you were in fact properly sent their email.

 

I will let you know what I find out!

First off I would like to notify you that I did receive the code(s). Replying because with the email sent unlike all other monthly email I receive from star wars this one went directly to my spam box for some reason.

Oh, but apparently I was not eligible because I thought the emails we get that notify us about our monthly Cartel Coin grant meant we were opted in.

 

But I just went and saw the unchecked boxes, so I guess I wasn't qualified.

 

For the record, that's pretty confusing since I am ALREADY getting emails from you guys, I thought that was what counted.

Same here, still no email at all. Not accidentally deleted or in another folder, and I am eligible for it. Called customer service tonight to ask why I have not gotten it yet, and without even looking up my account I was told to wait. Even up to a whole week and if nothing then call back.

I have not received my e-mail. I was definitely subbed and my subscription alerts have all been checked since I registered my account back before Launch. I checked all my folders as well. Junk/Trash Edited by Artemys
