One person here said they had an old Tionese gear MH... Incidentally, for troopers, pieces of Tanno Vik's gear end up in the inventory, it would be something if the HK-51/Treek customisation/weapon sets had ended up there, too. Lost, and highly probably unrecoverable (I'm always a pessimist when it comes to item recovery and no such email having been sent, unlike with 4.0 and usual unavoidable item loss issues). Ah, well, roll on the next BBA event.Tanno kept his chestpiece and pants, and all of the rest of his gear was in my Vanguard's inventory...thank you for reminding me. And thanks for reminding me, that was exactly what he had "mislaid", except he still had his weapon on him, was that not how it was for you? I haven't logged into my Commando yet, so we'll see if it's the same there. I should think it highly unlikely it'll be any different there... I don't have an ETA on a fix, but have added it to the Known Issues for now. Thanks! I spent over $100 opening up Hypercrates in order to obtain the rep necessary for the Dread Master HK-51 customization. This fix should be a priority. Can't even submit an in game ticket! I now have Treek Customisation 4, care of the packs, and am going to use that instead of 3. 2. I now have a whole bunch of extra Scoped Assassinators I won't be needing, and they sell at a vendor for 7030 credits each, but I might save the ones I have on my snipers, they are a nice model with a nice texture, after all. But the other ones I decided not to equip like hk jungle and selkath are still in my cargo. I just worked on getting enough bounty contracts to get the bh7x customization but now I don't even know if it's safe to equip... I worked so hard and invested soo much time to get those completed contracts and now some people will have done them for nothing??!! This should definitely be a high priority fix. In other news, I'm now struck with a new problem: I can't remember what weapons half of my Treeks and HK-51s had equipped before they all disappeared. I use a different customization on each of my characters, and imagine that they're actually each different droids. Almost all of those customizations are gone: My consular had the Selkath customization, which is irreplacable now that I've already done those missions. My warrior had the camo customization from the Yavin rep. My smuggler had the Hutt customization from the casino, which is a heartbreaking loss after the grinding for tokens I had to do on those damn slot machines. My Bounty Hunter had....(snif) BH-7X....AND HE"S GOOONNNEEEE!!!! (Sobs openly) I also have a Trooper who I'm -mostly- sure had equipped the Advanced Recon cuztomization. The following characters still have their customizations: My knight still has the Recon customization, which Ironically would have been the only one that would be easy to replace, since it's in collections. My Trooper has the Republic Assault customization. As near as I can tell, the only customizations that vanished are the ones that were equipped at the time. I have not been able to find any other characters that suffer from this issue. Everybody else I have that had a customization appears to still have it. This includes various customizations for Khem Val, Kira Carsen, Nadia Grell, 2V-R8, C2-N2, M1-4X, and T7-01. I didn't have any Treek customizations on anybody at the time. I pulled the HK recon custom out of my collections, and equipped it on the character that lost hers, and logged off and back on, summoned and unsummoned him a few times, but nothing seemed to happen. I hope that whatever fix is involved in this gives us back the lost customs. The Recon and Yavin customs are no big, because they're fairly easy to replace, but the BH-7X and the Hutt customization represent a lot of sunk time, and the Selkath customization we currently have no way to replace. mnjackson Posted February 18, 2016 Share Posted February 18, 2016 Hi, I would like to also add that the equipped HK-51 Imperial Assault Customization disappeared for one of my toons but not the other. Again anything that was not equipped managed to stay in inventory. Also, the weapon that was equipped (Star Forged Sniper Rifle) was replaced with a scoped assassinator (The standard HK weapon). I hope that when we get the customization back, we can also get the Main Hand weapon back as well at the very least. Or have it unlocked in our collection as a potential reward for having gone through the trouble. Either way, thank you for working to deal with this issue. All back at base appearance and weapon. I will double check my storage and see if any are missing out of there. Server is Shadowlands. I'm sorry I might have been misunderstood with what I wrote (was getting a bit emotional there), but what I am missing is not a cartel item and is the Imperial Assault HK Customizaton, so it isn't available in the collections tab. As I titled this thread when I started it. My question was, there are some people who reported that they were missing their own "Imperial and Republic Assault Droid" skins and was able to produce a screenshot of it. Which eventually lead the cs to mail them back their "Imperial and Republic Assault Droid" skins. This is what I wanted to have confirmation on. This has indeed worked on my second try at a ticket! Thank you so much Thierry from Customer Service! I received it in my in game mail just now. An interesting thing though as stated by Thierry the CS in my ticket, it says: "This is a strange issue where we can see the item CS side, but the player can't. So. I have sent you the item and everything should be fine."Just to take this a step further into the "strange" category: I recently had a conversation with Treek on my Vanguard on one of the EU servers. Treek has always had a bug where she would always show her original bowcaster on her back, despite whatever weapon you had equipped her with. I originally gave her the class mission reward weapon for the Trooper from Ord Mantell (the Republic Command Carbine)...which poofed when the bug hit, after which I gave her the ship droid's Hoth Mining Blaster. During the conversation, though, she still had the Republic Command Carbine on her back, glitched through her bowcaster. So, during that cutscene, Treek was wielding THREE weapons at once...not bad, for a monster in a teddy bear suit. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
