I thought this was indeed the case. Thanks for confirming, I feel bad that I have to spend cc even if its just 10cc just to unlock him on every alt.

This has indeed worked on my second try at a ticket! Thank you so much Thierry from Customer Service! I received it in my in game mail just now. An interesting thing though as stated by Thierry the CS in my ticket, it says: "This is a strange issue where we can see the item CS side, but the player can't. So. I have sent you the item and everything should be fine."

I'm sorry I might have been misunderstood with what I wrote (was getting a bit emotional there), but what I am missing is not a cartel item and is the Imperial Assault HK Customizaton, so it isn't available in the collections tab. As I titled this thread when I started it. My question was, there are some people who reported that they were missing their own "Imperial and Republic Assault Droid" skins and was able to produce a screenshot of it. Which eventually lead the cs to mail them back their "Imperial and Republic Assault Droid" skins. This is what I wanted to have confirmation on.

Hey everyone, I have been reading some posts on people submitting reports of their customizations missing with attached screenshots and have been successful in getting theirs mailed back to them by cs. Would like to have confirmation on this. Sadly I've got none on mine and if this seems to be the only way to get them back then I'm deeply saddened that a fix for this is starting to look like wishful thinking now... Come on Bioware, these are in-game items (some purchased with real money from packs) lost because of a patch. This should be a priority. I wont even start comparing how other games handle this kinds of situations.

Thank you Tait for following up this issue. I hope there will be a fix for this soon. Looks like I'll have a reason to tag along HK-55 instead of HK-51 for now.

Anyone else missing their character customization equiped on comps post 4.1 patch? My HK-51 seems to be the only one with anything missing. I would love to get this back since its a quest reward...
