It's a sharp looking costume and I would love to get that for my Trooper PC. Does anyone have any idea where it's available or how to get it? I'd love to know. Might try out something similar on one of my troopers. I've currently got the Dark Legionnaire set ready with a Black & Red dye for my "evil" trooper (I haven't decided quite when I'm going to outfit her with it, but I was waiting for a milestone like maybe Dark III or IV or finishing Chapter Two), but I like the look you've put together there. The game treats him like Knight, not Warrior in regard of how armor look on him. But this one looks pretty "warriory" than most available to Republic outside of CM. But this one looks pretty "warriory" than most available to Republic outside of CM. Yeah that's true, and for a companion I'm rarely that bothered about their outfit. My own Scourge is sporting a Dark Red + Black Reaver armor set with some left-over strength pieces in them. You can still make something decent for him with Reaver, Enhanced Assailant, Fearsome Harbinger, Intimidator, Stalker, Eidolon and/or some Revanite pieces if you wish to, but I guess for most it's not worth the effort when 192 gear is so easily available.
