I would say its more "entitled" to know the "company" in question wont allow "cheaters" to abuse and ruin their product. I honeslt think the vast majority of the people calling for stiffer punishments or punishments at all before Bioware handed them out, were wanting to see that the company they pay will follow their own service agreement and take control of their own game. It had nothing to do with the "cheaters" themselves. I dont care who broke the rules (so long as it wasnt somebody on my raid team haulting our progression because of their ban) only that the company wasnt going to stand for rule breaking.
