Do you expect lethality DoTs to not tick even when my team mates try to CC the same target? If your target is DoTed by somebody else, be it lethality, madness, pyrotech, it doesn't matter whether you are playing marksmanship or lethality, it's the same crap. You cannot flashbang them. However! When you have your own DoTs on the target, lethality is no longer at CC tools disadvatage compared to MM. Is that clear enough for you?
