It is...but if only one or two people help out from a different guild I won't put up a stink. If it is a collaboration between two or three or four guilds then that is where I draw the line when it comes to progression. I mean it is only Toborro's Courtyard. The encounter is really only there for some extra content to keep track of. I don't think anyone considers it "real" progression.
