rdc_thirty
I hope Bioware realize soon that the class stories are the only thing setting this game apart for all the other failed MMOs.
mothear
What's the point of this thread we know their is no class story coming in this release and have known for many months, since the Hickman interview?
Altyrell
You do realize just how long it actually takes to write 1 new Chapter for 8 Classes, then have the 16 Voice Actors/Actresses come in and do the Voice Over for them, then have the Voice Actors and Actresses of the Companions read their parts/potential parts, then have Voice Actors and Actresses do Voice Over work for the NPC's. Then code in rewards, locations, etc.

Then code in rewards, locations, etc. Then code them into the game and even more. It's about as long as actually producing the game to begin with. Going to take a LONG time to actually put in new stories, and actually make sense. This is actually the longest part in production of new story content that uses voice acting. SWaotc
With current trends i doubt we are going to see class story progression EVER. They simply aint making enough money to fund such projects and that situation is only likely to get worse.

Nemmar
Its a digital expansion, not a full fledged expansion. When a full fledged boxed expansion hits it will not doubt have more class stories. Edited December 29, 2012 by Nemmar
Glorthox
If they announced that a TRUE expansion will be released some time next year, I would be more patient waiting for a real expansion with story continuation. Story is what brought me to swtor and that is why I stay. Makeb doesn't have any of this and it feels like a stall tactic like so many of mmo companies have done. IMO makeb should be cheaper and they should FIX all the outstanding current bugs first....

Then code in rewards, locations, etc. Doesn't matter. They willingly made personal story a main feature of this game, so there is no excuse for not expanding it in anything they call an expansion. Its a digital expansion, not a full fledged expansion. When a full fledged boxed expansion hits it will not doubt have more class stories. A man can dream... Though i personally don't expect anything even close to a full fledged boxed expansion to come out for this game ever. Just check how they call RotHC - a "First Digital Expansion". This implies that next time we are going to see a second one, then a third one, then... you got my point.
