The things is though, that she actualy haven't payed for an subscription yet, but the first 29 days are suppose to be free right? In any matter the client wont accept any of either mine, nor hers credit cards.. So she's really in a rut.. Is this the same bug as everyone else who has written in this thread. The problem was between his Origin and SWTOR account; they wern't linked or something properly. He'd reset the password on one and it would kill the other one.
