lazyax Posted October 2, 2012 Share Posted October 2, 2012 (edited) As a combat spec sent, what is expected of them as far as dps numbers go? in columi gear? in battlemaster gear? white damage? yellow damage? when someone says a dps needs to do 1300dps on the operational dummy as a requirement to join x guild, x content, etc, what does that mean exactly? crit for 1300? or regular damage for 1300? what would min/max be for this class and spec, roughly, with top gear, BiS, augmented, etc, pve/pvp? They want you to dish out 1300 damage PER SECOND, usually for a duration of five minutes or so. //To effectively follow your DPS output, enable combat logging from the preferences and then install a program like Advanced Combat Tracker, which can parse your logfiles to easy-to-read statistics. DelphinHunter Posted October 5, 2012 Share Posted October 5, 2012 (edited) hmmm ....I run MOX parser on the dummies and I was getting about 1300+ DPS , I though that was pretty good. i was told you should be able to put out 1400 before EC HM etc yikes now Im doing 1450 over a few mins, buffed. All BH gear. Rakata sabers with BH Mods (MH with Might Hilt 26)14 augments. now legacy belt bracers with mods from BH head and boot 1800 sounds scary good whats your secret? Dread Gear? or did we get nerfed again? Or do i suck??? LOL Edit: did 1550 in combat respeced peaked at 1600 once did 1500 over 5 min in watchman probably need to relearn watchman rotation/priorities etc maybe change relic out elemental dmg for energy? I finished off TFB SM after that so I have better rotation now so will run dummies again soon probably back up and over 1550 I hope. What hilts are you guys using I have Might Hilt 26 not 27 yet? In unaugmented Rakata and BH mix I was doing 1500ish on the fleet dummy with all its ability lag. It really has to be a priority/rotation thing. Opener went extremely well and I had little to no ability and or world lag the whole parse. I tend to avg 2050ish or so. I use +128 stim and all the buff and a 5min 15 fight I 'ill test later and post if it's better than 2123 !
