I totally agree with your comment. Took us two weeks to clear the whole instance. Now we cleared the whole thing in one night. 3 weeks from progression to farm. Will make sure to take some from Operator IX onwards. I did not feel like taking pictures of SM kills was worth it when we did with with 5 people on first boss and 6 on second. Was way too easy to even consider it as any kind of progression. Good luck to Premonition and anyone else working on 16-HM, that is a tightly tuned fight and you can listen to us QQ about wipes from auto-/stuck killing people but whatever, it's dead. Should of gotten it done a couple weeks ago but we had to pug a OT for the 1st week because of cpu issues and only got to run it one night a week for two consecutive weeks because of raid members RL obligations. So this week was our first week with more than 1 night and our normal raid team/composition.
