ACTroyan
Why do Inquisitors and Bounty Hunter class types get a mod that does +40 power 52 main stat but Agents and Warriors don't?
ICUto
Probably to discourage stunlocking operatives from being played.
Capt_Beers
Probably because that mod will show up on your set in a different piece. Honestly you should happy, the MH/OH are the most expensive pieces if that mod shows up in your boots you'll much better off.

DaedalusV
what are you talking about the release of 1.4 has no boots in the set. only weapons So? The main/offhand is released earlier than the rest of the new pvp set. The rest will follow in a few weeks. Since EWH is almost a sidegrade to full WH (customized) you shouldn't worry about the tiny amount of percieved imbalance it creates for a few weeks only. Anti-Decay-Kitted Exeptional drops back in swg were imba as ****. SWTOR has nothing close to that kind of ****. I swear, post WoW, people in PvP are whinging more than adapting, which is kinda lame tbh. (this coming from a sage healer that actually played through 1.2 and 1.3) Gief Moar Stuffs NAow!one!!1!!eleven!!1!!!
