This ^^^ It would actually be saving them on server resources and bandwidth. I mean people would log in while cooking dinner (I know, I've done it) and run crew missions. If I have an Android app I just check on the crew from time to time while I'm cooking, no need to fire up the full client. So I'd pay for the app, but see no reason to pay an additional fee to my sub to save them server resources (RAM, CPU, etc) and bandwidth. I agree with the person who said that if such a thing is created, it would need to be well thought out and regulated. Only one character running missions at a time.
