    So I'm going through my old robes and found the black talon inquisitor one, decided to forgo my 4 piece bonus so I could see myself without the hood on. I then put on my untouchable assassin foundry hood and I'm BALD I guess there are some limitations still

    Similar to the guild bank but this one would only be accessible to characters in our legacy. It'll save on server bandwidth since it'll reduce the mail traffic
