I know Carolina Parakeet is dead and i really dont think 4/12/12 will be a new viable spec.... <.< So lets talk hybrid specs and 31pt specs! The only Hybrid I will run is 24 AP/17 Pyro. Nydar Posted April 11, 2012 Share Posted April 11, 2012 I truly still have no idea what i am going to do........................................I was full shields before I switched to CP and I was underwhelmed with it, so I am not going to do that again. I may go IF, but if i do I'll modify it to get the lower cool down on quel. I may go full AP, but everyone keeps telling me how fail that is. I don't want to be another pyro spec............... Now that 0/24/17 spec holds some appeal. I heard they've broken rail shot so badly that unless you're full pyro you may as well notn have it on your bar....................................
