How come the SIS Operative NPC's on nar Shadaa get a gap closer, but players do not?

And while were at it, there are alot of NPC and companion based powers and skills that are alot better then what players get.

companion abilities will always be more powerful than your own. Broonmark's taunt will always be more powerful than your Juggernaut's. there is a reason for this :)

Im not asking for anything crazy. A sith assassin gets stealth and force run. The SIS operatives gap closer was basically force run type. One of the major issues with the class is the lack of a gap closer out of stealth. Add it high in the conceal tree like it is in the powertech shield tree for jet charge.

A root/slow is not the same thing a gap closer. That's technically a gap widener...for escape :D

Not fun being the one person that can't leap/sprint/charge back to a boss after a massive knockback/aoe
