I understand that people will still do it by sitting in the starter zone, but that takes time and the reason most of the people are leaving is because it takes time to lose and not get a win. If you have to seriously leave the game for a 5+ mins, just disconnect. And in this situation, I'd rather have someone leave the match and another person join who can actually play and might help us win. So yeah... I'm 50/50 on this suggestion.
