I made this thread for fun, and I think a lot of people are having fun reading and responding to it. As for the other thread I have made, it is a completely different story. That other thread is much more precise in measuring votes with graphs and such and deals with the same topic albeit in a much more sophisticated way, here is my response: This website has both fanboys and haters. From careful observation of counting over 1000 votes by hand and reading through each one, I can tell you that I am convinced people who LIKE the game and people who DISLIKE the game are in exactly equal portions on this website. Also, consider this: Most people who don't like the game end up unsubscribing, deleting the game, and never give this website a second glance. However, those who DO play the game and love it intensely often come to the website to chat and because they are linked to it through their account name. Case and point: The people on this website who think the game is satisfactory and the people who do not think the game is satisfactory at this point are 50% each on this website. To say there are more of either is folly. So, you sat down, did some math, and came up with exactly 50/50? How conveniently false that is. There is absolutely no way you can possibly know what you claim to know, that people on this website are literally at an equal amount of like and dislike for the game. The paragraph following it refers to people who are not actively on the boards, yet you use it to prove your claim case in point: Your pulling random numbers out your ***. You surveyed 1000 people? Even if only half the player base comes to the forums (being 1.7 million) then you'd still be looking at almost 900,000 people. So 1000 people is not even 1% of HALF the population of people playing the game, let alone people on these forums. There are more whiners on this board than anything else, even if the people are whining are or are not the vocal minority, the point still stands that as far as these boards go, a lot of people have some reason to complain and are complaining, and you have no valid proof in any way shape or form other than your 'word' that you looked over 1000 posts, which in and of itself is still not an accurate way to discover how many people are content with the state of things or not. But I will tell you this, I can guarantee you that exactly 50% of people reading this will believe me, so its okay. You have half the vote. Lol.
