Name: Khali'da

Allignment: Republic

Race: Zabrak

Occupation: Jedi Consular

Gender: Female

Age: 20 standard years

Physical Description: Small and frail in appearance, Khali'da is smaller than the average female humanoid. Her skin is a pale gold color, and she has thin black tattoos on her face and visible portions of her body (hands, throat, ect.). Khali'da has no hair, but rows of horns can be seen from beneath her hood.

Background: Born to a family of Sith, Khali'da and her older siblings once lived in service to the Empire. When their ship was boarded by Jedi, Khali'da's parents and older brother were killed in combat. She and her sister were taken in by a Jedi, who raised them both. While Khali'da's sister was old enough to remember the encounter, Khali'da herself was a baby and remembers nothing of her Sith upbringing. Although not physically strong, she grew to understand the strength of the Force and uses it to defend the Republic.

Name:

Vellic Duranis

Alignment:

Dark gray, growing darker; Sith Empire

Race:

Echani

Occupation:

Sith lord, Father Saarai-kaar of Jen'jidai (head administrator of their academy).

Gender:

Male

Age:

33

Physical Description:

Silver eyes that do not blink

A ghostly youth who could not see

To face the past, lain on death's brink

A harder man wielding prophecy

A tall, lean figure is his. Handsome, angular features draw down the length of his ghostly form. Silver rings lie within slanted eyes, calculating and moody; set before a curtain of snow-white hair falling from the part atop his head to a tapered tip down his back. The Echani’s visage defies his years, holding youth and a boyish look against the encroachment of time. Yet the burden of visions weighs heavily upon the lean musculature of the former hunter.

(For longer description, see wiki below)

Background:

Vellic was born on Eshan. His father was a member of the Echani senate and Vellic, whilst of course being raised in the martial and traditional principles of the Echani, was also educated in political and social matters. When he was a youth, a beautiful Mirialan woman stole his heart only to betray him; leading him into the hands of a bounty hunter.

The hunter killed his brother and made to capture the young Echani, but Vellic matched and slew him and the Mirialan woman. Most unfortunately, he did so in front of witnesses who did not understand the circumstances. Infuriated over the betrayal and the loss of his brother, and knowing that security forces would be after him soon, he seized the bounty hunter's equipment and records and fled Eshan.

The affair was orchestrated by Darth Keisa, a Sith lord who sought to use him as a hostage against his father and thus sway Echani politics. Wanted by security forces, he was now useless for that. However, the resourceful young warrior made his way to Oblis - where she was working in cohorts with the Exchange. He slew his way through their base but found himself hopelessly outnumbered.

His potential was apparent to her and she spared his life, only to introduce him to one much darker and more painful.

~Biography~

Among the Greater nobles families of Alderaan, such as House Thul and Organa, there are smaller, lesser known, less influential houses, more focused on the day to day operations of the people than the greater scheme of politics. One of the more prominent of these Minor Houses, as they were called, was House Deloy. The family had a reputation for aiding and housing refugees, feeding the hungry, hosting charity events, as well as having the largest database of knowledge on the planet, and their constant association with members of the Jedi Order. Shayara was born years before the Treaty of Coruscant, after the Battle of Alderaan during the Great War. Being the only daughter of House Deloy, Shayara's mother took a personal interest in her care, instead of leaving her with a handmaiden as she had her sons. As Shayara grew older, she was always seen as one of the boys, venturing our with her brother Vestin, Aurius, and Kyan, and getting in all sorts of mischief. She was tough, determined, and was absolutely capable of defending herself. She also was absolutely fascinated by the House Deloy archives, and by the stories that travelers brought, especially the Jedi that chose to reside at their estate while on Alderaan. There was one Jedi in particular, who was a recurring visitor of Alderaan, claiming that it was for the peace and beauty, as well as a chance to meditate on the mistakes of the past, since Alderaan was truly a sign of the past, after the Sith had attacked it. He had taken a great personal interest in Shayara, sensing early on that she was force sensitive. After many months, Jedi Master Lorik Maar took it upon himself to tell Shayara's parents that their daughter was destined to become a Jedi. The family could not argue, and could not say anything against this decision...in fact, they were immensely proud. Shayara was seven years old when the Jedi took her in, and Lorik Maar brought her before the Jedi Council on Coruscant.

They could sense a great power coming from the young girl, and saw it as a sign. She would be a powerful Jedi one day, and a champion of the light. Lorik asked from the council only one thing; that he be her master. It was a simple request, and the Council was quite eager to accept it, for it had been long since Lorik had a Padawan of his very own. Lorik himself was a mighty Jedi Knight, unmatched in lightsaber combat. He was aggressive, outspoken, and very decisive. The Council secretly hoped that training the young girl would held balance him out. As the years slowly passed, Shayara's fondness of knowledge was encouraged by Lorik, and she spent many hours in the Archives, learning as much as she could of other planets, and races, and the history of the Order. Lorik taught her to wield a blade, and the young girl often lectured her own master about how aggressive he was in combat, and cautioned him to think before he struck. Lorik merely laughed off the advice of his apprentice, for she had a tendency to point out ways that he could improve. Shayara's aptitude however, was not in saber combat, but in her wielding of the Force. Early on she displayed a talent for healing wounds, and protecting herself and others, and the Council saw her path...she was to be a Sage of the Order, a healer and protector of the weak and downtrodden. She grew to be a beautiful young woman, kind, and gentle, but spoke her mind quite often, for she had very strong opinions on just about everything, even the War. Lorik did his best to keep her away from the effects of the war, and refused to take her into battle on the few occasions that he was required to leave.

The war against the Sith raged on for many years, until Shayara was eighteen years old. By then, she was a reasonably skilled Jedi in her own right, and her Master was proud of her in every way. Shayara had many duties in the Jedi Temple that kept her busy while her Master had been away, 'Fighting his foolish battles', as she said to him many times. She aided the other Masters in presiding over the archives, proof reading and sorting the archives. Just as when she was a girl, much of her time was spent reading, and learning. It was not until the Treaty of Coruscant, and the sacking, that she would be called upon to fight. A holorecording came her, from back home on Alderaan. It was from her mother, speaking about the Treaty of Coruscant, and pleading to her daughter that she talk some sense into the Council, to make sure they did not give in to the demands of the Empire...but it was too late. The Sith attack on Coruscant came soon after, with Lorik rushing into the Archives to call for Shayara...the Sith were attacking the Republic's capital, and they had stormed the Temple. The fighting raged throughout the Temple, and everywhere else on the planet. Shayara was alongside her Master, fighting back the Sith for what felt like an eternity. They fought for what seemed to be ages, but in the end they were forced to retreat...the temple left in ruins, and most of the Council murdered. Two days the Sith held Coruscant in their hands, but the treaty was signed, the Republic incurred heavy losses. The Jedi were to leave the Capital, as many blamed them for what happened, and wanted to re-settle their lost home of Tython. Lorik and Shayara however, chose a different path, and left to Dantooine, once home to a great Jedi Enclave, many centuries ago. What they found instead of the peace they sought, was more war.

The people of Dantooine refused to accept the terms of the Treaty of Coruscant, and continued the war with the Empire. Lorik and Shayara joined the fighting, mostly for revenge upon the Empire for the destruction of the Jedi Temple. For many days the duo fought off the Sith with the Republic troops at their back, until a figure emerged...hooded and cloaked, his red lightsaber flashed with insane speed, and Master Lorik stepped forward to duel him. The fight raged on, as the others watched, a large circle formed around the two. Sabers clashed over and over, neither one gaining the upper hand, until finally, the mystery Sith took a chance for an advantage. Backing into the crowd, he killed one of the Republic troops with a swift stab, and relieved him of his grenade belt, and lobbed the thermal detonators at Lorik, detonating them all at once. In the confusion, he rushed forward, thrusting his saber, and pierced Lorik's heart. The dying Jedi used his last bit of energy to lock eyes with Shayara...and then he was gone. The young Jedi's rage was immediately apparent. She screamed with all her might, the sound not only echoing for miles, but throughout the very Force, heard by every Jedi on the planet. The entire circle of spectators were forced back by an enormous shockwave, and Shayara drew her lightsaber. The Sith rushed at her, and she quickly dodged him. The earth below them shook as enormous chunk broke off and was catapulted at the Sith, who sliced through it easily. He walked forward, through another chunk of debris, and another, until he stood within arm's reach of Shayara. Grabbing her by the throat, the figure began to crush her windpipe, cold, silent, and menacing. But Shayara forced a smile, and the Sith gazed down to see a lightsaber in his chest...Shayara had activated Lorik's lightsaber and plunged it deep into the Sith's chest. He let go of her and staggered back, surprise taking him. Shayara acted swiftly, ripping the saber from his body with the Force, and then charging forward, and swinging her own...removing his head. Cheers rang out around her, and the Imperials were soon forced to retreat as the troops began to fight even harder. Shayara stood at the spot where her Master died after the battle, and meditated for an entire week, without food or water.

She arrived on Tython another week later, submitting herself to the Council for their judgement. They accepted her deep apologies, but told her that the Treaty had not truly stopped the war...there were dark things at work. They dispatched her, like many other Jedi, out into the Galaxy, to fight the Empire wherever its shadows lie, to protect the Republic. It has been two years since then. Shayara has journeyed across the Galaxy, and met many in her travels, some shadier than others. She has also become a skilled pilot, engaging the Imperial Navy on many occasions in space, where her skill shined. A lot of close calls, and quick rescues have earned her the call sign Angel with the Republic, and sign of her ship, Hope, is usually seen as a good omen. She serves the Republic and the Jedi with unwavering loyalty...but the death of her Master changed her, and left scars that would never heal. The once kind and gentle girl now has another side...in a mere second, she can become fierce, aggressive, vengeful. Her attitude on the Galaxy is a lot more grim than it once was, and though she fights for peace, she does not see any peace for herself. By healing the wounds of the Galaxy, she seeks to find a way to heal herself of her own wounds...but whenever she looks in the mirror, she sees the scar upon her face, given to her by the Sith who killed her Master, and remembers what she truly fights for...

- Hair color: Bald

- Eye color: Red, with dark pupil.

- Build: Athletic

It also changes his eye color to blood shot red.

Background: Lord Belvorr was an experienced Sith graduate from Korriban that quickly grasped the rank of Lord. He was tasked with many war-effort campaigns and desired to establish a military sect under the Imperial Expeditionary Force banner. Race: Human

Occupation: Jedi Sage

Gender: Female

Age: 19 standard years

Height: 4'9

Weight: 85 lbs

Eyes: Blue

Hair: Brown

Build: Thin

Skin: Pale

Biography

There is very little known about Lyrum before she was brought to the jedi temple at a young age. What is known about her, is that she has a deep and powerful connection with the force, and possess a wisdom far beyond her years. Her personality however does not reveal these facts about her. She has a talent for causing mischief and playing practical jokes on other jedi. Lyrum often puts on an innocent dumb girl act as a way of testing the patients of those she comes in contact with. To spite her understanding of the jedi code, Lyrum has difficulty with overcoming anger, a fact that kept her from becoming a full jedi for many years. She has a terrible temper and when angered her icy stare cannot be ignored. Lyrum loves nature and can usually always be found somewhere in the mountains of Tython. If you're coming to visit her out there, let her know before hand. She is usually running around the mountain's without her robes on.

Name: Shagrat

Allignment: Empire

Race: Sith

Occupation: Sith Warrior

Gender: Male

Age:41

Physical Description: Shagrat is a Sith of muddy blood. His sharp, angular face, blazing yellow eyes, and dark skin mark him of having a deep bloodline of Sith, but with the purpled skin of one whose ancestors were led astray of their kind. Despite his gold-jeweled face, and puzzlework of facial scars, his most notable feature is his hair.

Thick, straight, black hair falls back from this Sith's head, falling just past his shoulders and constantly slicked back out of his face, though rarely tailed.

Background: Little is known of fierce Shagrat, besides his late training on Korriban, and his speed in which he surpassed his betters and peers. Nothing is known of the purple-skinned, golden-eyed family from which he comes, and speaks so highly of, and any attempts at background checks end at the shuttle that brought him -- with special orders from training -- to Korriban.

He is quiet and contemplative, always watching his surroundings, and rarely opening his mouth but to hail a Sith Lord. But Shagrat is fierce, and rage is always seen burning in those yellow eyes.

Name: Vanir Tevel

Allignment: Republic

Race: Miraluka

Occupation: Jedi Sage

Gender: Male

Age: 46 (Based on current year being 10 ATC/3,643 BBY)

Physical Description: Vanir is of average size and build for a Miraluka male. Pale skin and golden hair, the only distinction from a human is his ritual headband. His only unique aspect is his youthful appearance.

Background: Vanir was taken by the Jedi Order as an infant and remembers nothing of Alpheridies or the Miraluka people. While most children are fascinated by the force, Vanir was more so being one of the few Miraluka of his age. At the age of eight, most students yearn to wield their own lightsaber, but Vanir disregarded this tool and focused on the force. This was partially because his martial skill was very poor and barely met his masters' minimum requirements. While he might have been able to improve with greater instruction, the Great Galactic War broke out.

Vanir devoted his studies to learning the secrets of the force instead of the art of lightsaber combat, which many padawans had chosen to assist in the war. During his teen years, to assist his fellow jedi, Vanir learned the art of lightsaber crafting. During his trips with the Order's archaeologists, he found and refined crystals and relics for use by the Order. Thanks to one of his master's influences, he learned to appreciate the tool as a focus for the force, instead of merely a weapon.

After the Treaty of Coruscant, Vanir was recalled to Tython and assisted with the construction of the new Jedi Temple. He was granted the title of Master and assigned to traveling the planet and exploring the ruins. After four years he found an ancient holocron on the far side of the planet that contained the coordinates that lay within Empire control. Granted a ship and leave, Vanir was tasked with scouting the location to judge its importance. He encountered the ruins of a small enclave, which was being excavated by a Sith Sorcerer. Vanir attempted to turn the Sith to the light but failed and conflict ensued. After returning to Tython, he devoted his life to the healing arts of the force. He was given permanent control of the ship and granted full permission to travel the galaxy to "find himself". The Jedi Council denied any further expeditions to the ruins.

Name: Vallum Kehr

Alignment: Republic

Race: Human

Occupation: Combat Medic / Commando

Gender: Male

Age: 31

Physical Description: Average build, toned and muscular yet not bulky. Dark hair and a light amount of facial hair, with a distinct scar running across his right eye. Prefers to wear heavy, protective armor and expose as little as possible in combat.

Background: Vallum's father's side of the family was involved in military work spanning four generations. His ancestors once served on the side of the Empire, with his lineage tracing far back to Sith Purebloods, but in the aftermath of a disastrous scandal involving leaked Imperial intelligence, his grandfather was cast out of the military and presumably marked.

Vallum's family settled on Coruscant with the promise of Republic protection and benefits in exchange for Imperial insider knowledge - with no other option, his grandfather and grandmother remained on the planet and worked alongside the Republic for decades, raising their sole child, Ochrum, in a sheltered environment.

When Ochrum grew older, the Republic offered him a position in the military, though he declined in favor of medical work. In time, the Kehr family abandoned their blood ties to the Sith, and when Ochrum took over the remaining family, he married a human named Kirel, whom he had two children with - Vallum and Salura. Salura left the planet early on in order to pursue a career in industrial engineering, while Vallum stayed behind and took after his father in becoming a doctor. Vallum began to work in a clinic, where he treated Republic and captured Imperial soldiers alike. The program was merely an internship, but before long, he developed a deep affinity and set of skills for helping the wounded combatants.

As an extension of his training, and despite his father's hesitancy, Vallum was deployed as a non-combatant medical intern aboard Republic fleets. He found himself sometimes transported to the surface of planets under invasion, and often treated a mixture of Republic, Imperial and civilian masses. He was given accelerated graduation due to his extensive time spent in combat zones and treating grievous injuries for the Republic Medical Corps.

The Treaty of Coruscant brought a new upheaval with his traditional life - with an uneasy peace developing between the Republic and the Empire, Vallum was once again approached with an offer to become a full-time combat medic for the Republic armies. His father gave him his blessings in the effort, which they both believed would be less dangerous due to the lack of open warfare. When Vallum deployed, however, he found that the media had not portrayed the violence which still loomed throughout the galaxy.

Though Vallum maintained loyalty to the Republic, he was a vocal critic of interventionist policies and the actions of the Republic on fringe star systems. His work came as a healer and philanthropist first, and a soldier second.

He can still be found working throughout the galaxy as a combat medic.

Name:

Vaeras Macelian

Alignment:

Lawful Neutral (In-game, neutral with a lightside lean)

Race:

Human

Occupation:

Imperial Intelligence Agent, Jen'jidai Vice Admiral

Gender:

Male

Age:

39

Physical Description:

Rarely seen outside of his power suit, Vaeras looks distinctly frayed. Tall and wiry, he often stands slightly aloof in casual situations. His black hair is clumped up into various spikes on his head. His skin tone is a harsh, pale tone, as though spending time out in the light isn't something he's fond of. His nose is slightly crooked, his eyes large and protruding, and his mouth is easily distorted into a slight grin.

Even outside of his power suit, Vaeras prefers wearing a sturdy and comfortable outfit, light padding over the various joints and weak spots on the body. Often this means a light mesh jacket along with worker pants, plenty of pockets of course. A pair of combat boots are frequently strapped around his feet, and when working on his weapons he wears a thin pair of gloves. Advanced mechanical goggles are usually slung somewhere on his head. If no one knew of his real profession, then his appearance would give the distinct impression that he was an engineer of some sort. An unusually large personal computer console is frequently strapped around his left forearm, in addition to another smaller and more mysterious device hooked around his wrist.

Background:

Vaeras would prefer to keep his history and past securely locked up and away from anyone else's business. He's had a diverse and eclectic life, going from being an impoverished citizen toiling away in Coruscant's depths to becoming a pirate, from then becoming an Imperial Special Forces commando, finally joining up with Imperial Intelligence. From there he used his skills to join up with Jen'jidai, worked his way up towards becoming a valued information gatherer, saboteur, and covert assassin. All information related to his previous operations are strictly classified and are held under lock and key in an undesignated location.

Quick Note: Vaeras rarely identifies himself by his real name, and neither is it flashing on a badge or namecard on his persona. In public when introducing himself to strangers, he takes on the name and persona of his mercenary alias 'Arikas Leoveron'.

MINISTRY OF INTELLIGENCE

Imperial Intelligence

Personnel Dossier

Name: Nela Vyrin

Homeworld: Drezzi

Species: Human Cyborg

Sex: Female

Age: 24

Height: 5’7”

Weight: 135 lbs

Complexion: Fair

Hair: Red

Eyes: Green

Force Sensitivity: Baseline

Keeper: <REDACTED>

Training Agent: <REDACTED>

Specialization: Sniper

Rank: Agent

Clearance Level: 11

History

During her recruitment, Nela claimed she was born on Drezzi and that her mother died in an airspeeder accident six months after giving birth. However, there is no record of Nela’s birth in the Imperial database. In fact, her first appearance in official state records is when her father brought her to a Drezzi monarchy celebration at the approximate age of 2 ½. The celebration was being monitored by Imperial Intelligence for seditious activity, and the presence of an undocumented offspring was noted and logged. It is unclear whether local forces followed up on this.

Although this would typically bar Nela from a position with the Imperial government, our neural probes indicate she is not lying. We believe it likely that her father, a minor bounty hunter named Samal who was born and raised on Drezzi, has lied to her about her past. Covert genetic tests prove she is his daughter, but her DNA is not a match for the population living on Drezzi; in fact, based upon her mitochondrial DNA, her mother was Corellian.

NOTE: This dossier has recently been appended with the findings of Agent Syran regarding Nela Vyrin’s mother. See the “Special Notes” below.

Nela’s childhood was unremarkable, save that her father was often away for months at a time. During these periods, her “Aunt Bee”—a protocol droid who also served as her tutor— supervised Nela. She still keeps this droid operational in her home, indicating a possible susceptibility to compassion and nostalgia.

As an adolescent, Nela served in the Drezzi Home Guard, where she received full grades in marksmanship. However, her attitude was problematic at times; although never outright rebellious, Nela rarely held her tongue. Unfortunately, this is not a failing she has outgrown.

Nela was identified as a target for recruitment soon after her 19th birthday when the lover of a man hunted by Samal came to his home looking for revenge. Due to her training in the Home Guard (and no doubt the man’s surprise at finding a young woman at home instead of a bounty hunter) she was able to kill the intruder with a blaster rifle. After incinerating the body, she decided not to alert the local police force. Instead, she sliced into the starport’s computer terminal and erased any sign of the assailant’s visit to Drezzi. She also seduced a spaceport administrator and threatened several of his alien employees into keeping quiet. None were the wiser—except Imperial Intelligence of course.

Agent Tola Soran initiated contact one month later. Although reticent at first, Agent Soran convinced Nela that a position in Imperial Intelligence was better than imprisonment for murder. She took to her training well, even volunteering for cybernetic enhancement despite its dangers. At the age of 21 was dispatched on her first mission to Jaguada, where she infiltrated a spice smuggling operation. The mission resulted in the elimination of three Level 5 targets and one Level 3 target. Her early promise has made her one of Keeper ’s top agents.

Special Note

Further investigation by Agent Soran indicates a 87% probability that Nela Vyrin is the daughter of a Jedi Consular Jolana Toth.

As a Padawan, Jolana was dispatched to the Elus sector to apprehend Samal. This was her first independent mission and according to intercepted files she was missing for over a year. Growing concerned, her Master searched the Elus sector but found only rumors. Then, suddenly, he received word that Jolana had returned safely to Coruscant.

When questioned, Jolana claimed to have followed Samal’s trail when she was captured by Mandalorian mercenaries who hoped to sell her to the Sith Empire. She eventually escaped, she claimed, when the Mandalorians themselves were attacked by pirates. She expressed shame at her failing of the mission and asked for a respite from the Order to reconsider her path.

Her Master told his superiors that although he believed Jolana’s shame was real, her story was false. Further investigation was planned, but the Great War threw the Jedi Order into turmoil. Little is known of Jolana’s activities during the war, but she has recently rejoined the Order in order to finally complete her training.

It is Agent Soran’s suspicion that Nela is the product of a forbidden relationship between Samal and the Jedi sent to hunt for him. I hope to confirm this with a genetic sample from Jolana. If true, this presents a useful opportunity to gain a spy within the Jedi Order. I doubt Jolana would wish this information to become known now that she has returned to the fold.

I recommend we keep this information from Nela until we are assured of her loyalty.

Psychological Profile & Personality:

Nera has a quick, imaginative, and strategic mind. She is also very self-confident, independent, and decisive. However, she is also arrogant, judgmental, and analytical. Her sarcasm and dark humor are not for the faint of heart, nor for those who struggle to read between the lines.

It's not easy to become good friends with Nera. Rather than traditional rules of social conduct or shared routine, Nera has exacting expectations for intellectual prowess, uncompromising honesty and a mutual desire to grow and learn as sovereign individuals.

Public Cover: To family and friends, Nela is following in her father’s footsteps as a bounty hunter.

Uses: Nela is an excellent marksman and a decent slicer. She is also a gifted socializer and manipulator.

Liabilities: Although comfortable with violence against strangers or targets, Nela genuinely cares for her father and close companions. In itself, this would be cause for concern. Coupled with her mother’s position as a Jedi in the Republic, it opens up the possibility of defection if she is ever exposed to this truth. She will need to be monitored closely. I recommend neural probing at least twice per year to catch any disloyal inclinations.

Name: Malefestus

Alignment: Dark; Sith Empire

Race: Sith

Occupation: Sith lord.

Gender: Male

Age: 33

Physical Description:

A tall, strong figure he is.

A wild, power-crazed gaze reveals his bright red eyes, which few dare gaze directly. Purple veins dance around his bald head, bearing resemblance to his father and the one before him. His voice, deep and strong, thundered through many battlefields. And his whisper was the last thing heard by many a Jedi:

"Now... you die."

The embodiment of rage, some would say.

Those few that escaped his wrath would agree and remember, as their crippled years go by.

Background:

Born from a lineage of pureblooded Sith Lords, Malefestus have always showed great strenght in the force, even as a baby.

By the time he was thirteen, he carried his family tradition and killed his father (a powerful Lord of the Sith) in single combat. The funeral is remembered to this day as one of the few great gatherings of Sith Lords that did not result in bloodshed. Except, of course, for all the slaves buried with his father that day.

From this moment on, he was released from the shackles of fear and started using the full might of his raw power in service of the Empire.

The child was gone, the lord of the Sith was born.
