Those few that escaped his wrath would agree and remember, as their crippled years go by. Background: Born from a lineage of pureblooded Sith Lords, Malefestus have always showed great strenght in the force, even as a baby. By the time he was thirteen, he carried his family tradition and killed his father (a powerful Lord of the Sith) in single combat. The funeral is remembered to this day as one of the few great gatherings of Sith Lords that did not result in bloodshed. Except, of course, for all the slaves buried with his father that day. From this moment on, he was released from the shackles of fear and started using the full might of his raw power in service of the Empire. The child was gone, the lord of the Sith was born.
