universeman
Just logged in last night and tried the AA settings. I can't tell that they are working. My FPS doesn't seem to be affected, regardless of the setting (None, Low, High). And I don't seem to notice a visual difference either (though maybe I'm looking at the wrong things to tell). Isn't it supposed to smooth out the jaggies? I've got a 6950.
DannyInternets
AA is broken for many users. The setting does absolutely nothing on my machine with a Radeon HD 5870 card. Yet another Biofail.
Arinvald
No improvement as far as I can tell.

My rig can handle it, so I imagine it has to do with optimization.
CalvinDu
I have an Nvidia card, a GTS250 The AA works perfectly fine for me
Daeborn
Yes and it is not broken. You might have to reset your changes some to stick them but they are working as intended.
enrimm
Works fine here (though I'm still forcing x12).
Daeborn
They said it's not working with 69** ATI/AMD cards right now and that they were looking into it. Then there's an exception. Working fine on my HD5700 cards in Crossfire.
Defilez
Mobility Radeon HD 4870. Since turning AA after 1.1 through the game client the game looks significantly better for me, I've even noticed an fps increase since patch 1.1 Sorry it's not working for others but whatever they did has improved the game for me. EDIT: This is with crossfire turned off, havent tried it with crossfire on yet. Edited January 20, 2012 by Defilez
DannyInternets
Then there's an exception. Working fine on my HD5700 cards in Crossfire. There are many exceptions. See the many other threads on this topic. It doesn't work on my HD5870 card, for example.
Drevin
The AA - High setting, for me, makes all blaster fire, lightsaber glows, shields, etc. disappear. AA - low does not do this, so that's what I have it set to. The high setting also turned off the fire traps in Huttball. That was fun. But the low setting seems to apply AA and not have those issues for me. Running an EVGA GTX 580 SC.
dtim
GTX 260 here. AA works fine for me, easily noticeable difference and not much of a hit in terms of FPS. Have to turn on Bloom or else I can't see holocalls.

AA works for me too on HD 4870. but only on High. i also see no difference if set to Low. although my PC can handle it as well, i see a noticeable hit on fps. at least 20-30% hit. iceperson
I have 2 5850s and the AA looks like my UI is melted crayon. I'm very happy without it though. Game looks great at 1920x1200 and I get 100+ fps in the fleet and about 60 everywhere else with shadows on low and everything else maxed.

Skovick
both AAx8 and AAx16 has worked for me the past month. 8 run a bit better on my system, but i've never crashed or anything with 16x on.
Maidel
Got an HD 5650 and ive set it to high. I get 25 FPS, which is no different to before the patch and the AA makes a massive difference to what I can see. Im actually surprised its as low as that, because I never notice anything wrong/jerky with the game, maybe my eyes have a low 'refresh rate'.
