I grab all quests as I go past the quest givers, then do the things in the area I was heading and head back before getting more... Getting quests you don't want to do makes no sense to me... There IS a workaround, do your quests. The existence of a workaround will naturally lower the pririty on a fix, so if you want to get it sorted asap, the solution is clear. I have two screens and can multitask very easily. If that boggles your mind I apologize. I would rather just wait until they fix something that is broken. I should not have to go back and finish grey quests that will give me next to nothing, but ensure that bioware has another several hours of my time. I have 17 grey quests that I cannot abandon and cannot acept the dailies I WANT to do. my question is why are some of you defending BW so vehemently? If you're going to sit there, refuse to use the workaround, and just ***** ***** ***** about the bug that's caused it, knowing FULL WELL that there's no immediate fix, then you're just trolling and will be granted the same level of respect as every other troll on the internet. Funny.. I've had zero problems dropping missions I don't want, including bonus series missions. Besides, why not just back out of the mission dialog if he doesn't want it? You can press ESC at any time right up until you accept, so really, this is largely a user problem. I have 2 screens and multitask also, not so mind-boggling here, it is not such a L33T thing anymore for folks to have decent rigs. ***** comparisons, such a new fad. I am not defending them so vehemently, I am just pointing out the obvious, which many of you have such tunnel vision you can not even see it. Yeah it pissed me off for 3 weeks not being able to abandon my 14 grey quests. But right now it does not because I spent a few hours completing them like I should have done in the first place. Something they can easily avoid or fix themselves leaves them stranded at higher levels only able to PvP? LOL Pathetic. The fix will help clear out my log completely. Apparently you can not delete storyline quests for planets. So at 50, 2 days ago went and completed all except maybe 2 within a few hours. Now I have room in my quest log and no more getting irritated. Sorry but that seems to be the fix atm. I'm sorry 14 grey quests? Why not just go back and do them instead of complain? I did and when i got to the next one, it had a "Refuse Quest" option. I tried ti refuse the quest, but the original quest was still there. Only by accepting the next quest did I clear the other one. Now I have new undroppable quest. This has happened twice so far. I don't want to run these quests but I wouldn't mind so much if it were just a matter of running and doing a quest real quick. I have 16 quests that I can't abandon and I submitted ticket 3 times and posted it on forums also with all quests name but the only answer I'm getting is the issue is passed to relevant department and nothing is going on for about last 2-3 weeks. Now I can only have 9 quests I can pick up and sometimes, new quests I pick up becomes unable to abandon quests. With all class quests, flash points quests, space battle quests and companion quests, getting really hard to do much with quests. If we'd known it would be 2-3 weeks later and still not fixed maybe we would have, but every week we assume that the fix they said was ready will actually be delivered, just to be disappointed all over again.
