subbed again right away. Definitely worth the money so far. Server I was on was full and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was friendly. Good move on SWTOR's part imho.

I am whining with my money. two accounts ending today because a lack of support. maybe I'll come back if I hear good things in 6 months or a year like I did with WoW. I just wish they wouldn't have released a test version of the game. so much money and so many hours of development. even a huge amount of testing (that was worthless because they didn't listen to the beta testers at all) ah well, I still have hope. but its dwindling

try running through an area and automatically being given a quest... that is grey... that you cannot delete. CS escalated my ticket....last month. I resubmitted the exact same ticket yesterday and they gave me a canned response saying that I needed to give them a list of quests and names.... the ticket they responded to had all that info,. still no word on my month old escalated ticket. they should take a minute away from their voice acting money counting. fail.

hi everyone. just wanted to say that I cancelled 2 accounts. and my friend that I brought over from rift... is going back to RIFT <says a lot. oh well. you guys enjoy what should have been much better. The customer service is atrocious too.

well the problem is still there. I opened up a ticket last night with the advice that a moderator posted to no avail. why would the mods on this site give information that is inaccurate?

you should check the link that was given earlier in this thread. it said to use a code word and list each quest you want abandoned and they will apparently make it happen. as soon as I let my guys go tonight I am going to go home and try it.

because you never had the problem no one else could have it right? or since you don't see the problem there must not be one right?? move on. this problem has already been addressed and you are only here to argue.

Hi random person who is now just trying to argue. please notice that the problem has been addressed. now understand that I did not pick any option you described. I unsubscribed my 2 accounts because of the horrible response that I personally received from customer support. thank you for your interest in arguing with people who had a gripe about the game they where paying to play.

I would have never even come here if the original ticket that I submited was answered. try again and move on. our issue has already been fixed by someone NOT you. I appreciate you trying to help in your own little way but we have been finished for quite some time. have a good one. thank you again to the person who linked the thread that had the mod describing how to fix this problem quickly.

you're very vein to think that they are talking to you alone. I see a lot of constructive criticism from those who where unhappy in this and many other threads on this forum. there is no problem with voicing your dissatisfaction. they are still here hoping to see things are fixed and then can go back. I left WoW after BC because they changed some things that I couldn't tolerate... never went back because they where not changed. other people still love it and that's great. more power to them. I just think its weird that anyone would come here and say that their opinion is more valid than anyone else.

I'm just defending against you people that are saying that we are whining by just bringing up that there is a bug. I'm glad that you are happy with an unfinished product though. some of us have higher standards. go ahead and flame me for my firstworldproblems now because I really don't care that you are unhappy that I am unhappy. move on please.

some of us who have quit are still hoping to see that soon the issues that we couldn't tolerate are fixed. simple really.
