Pod racing & Space pvp, add them in and this game will crush all other mmorpg's

As title says, if they add in pod racing were you could race other player + added in space pvp combat, both allowing you to upgrade your pod and spaceship through comendation badges, this game would dominate every MMORPG on the market.

 

I know there are some bugs that need to be fixed ASAP, but i seriously hope the devs are looking into what i suggested.

 

By having both pod and space vehicles, it would add another time sink into the game were players would have to upgrade there ships, which would mean more money for the company, its a win win situation for them and there customers, we get something that would be bloody awesome, and they get more money from players spending more time playing the game.

 

Hopefully a dev reads this and passes the info along the chain of comand

They've said their looking into things like this, I think everyone would like it but tbh, these are just mini games I would love them the same, but maybe in a year or so.

They had those speeder races in KOTOR that were a fun distraction, but I defiantly like the Idea of customizable pods. Possibly even a crew skill that incorporated them

Agreed. A quality multi-player X-Wing/TIE Fighter-like space combat with both PvE and PvP scenarios would launch this game into a whole other level of excellence.

So long as it's actual racing, I'd love it... not the "beat the time!" stuff they had in the original KOTOR, which I mostly just found to be a disappointment.

 

But something like podracing (I know, super nerds, Anakin was "the only human who could do it!") would be awesome.

Also pod racing should work like in the movies. Ridiculously fast, and very unforgiving.

This would be great. Mini games like this would add just another layer to the game. But to add on to your suggestion, the pod racers need to be customizable and upgradeable. could even turn it into a league and based on your upgrades is setup into brackets. Would be really cool.
